Known as ABCA for short, the Antwerp British Community Association was exclusively British when founded in 1920 but is no longer so. Our strong and growing Anglophone association now exists to promote English language and cultural contact between all nationalities. It provides an opportunity for social contact which people, living mainly in the Greater Antwerp area, might want or need.

We hold OPEN CLUB EVENINGS, with light refreshments and drinks available at reasonable prices, on the LAST WEDNESDAY of every month from 7:00 pm onwards in the ABCA Clubhouse at Paardenmarkt 111, Antwerpen. Do come along and meet us and please bring friends of your own if you wish. It is an ideal way to get to know us.

We also have monthly events and outings throughout the year. Events are typically Supper Evenings around a theme and are held on a Sunday lunchtime or early evening, whilst outings are all day affairs usually held on Saturdays in the season from September to May. Details of all these activities, and a lot more, are in our monthly NEWSLETTER, which is sent out only to Members.

If you have any queries or would like to have any point clarified, please telephone the Chairman, Mrs Mary Ann Marinus, on 03/231 09 04 or email us.
