PAA N88832
TWA N90831
John White has produced one of the most amazing
freeware propliners ever created! It comes complete with panel and sound,
and represents the 049 in 1946-48. Flight dynamics are by FSAviator. The
panel gauges have been done by Hans-Joerg Naegele, who also did the wonderful
L-1049 panel gauges. John has created an early bare metal TWA paint job,
while Jaap de Baare has done KLM, and PAA paint jobs too!! This is version
1, without a VC. It's hoped a later version will include that as well.
KLM PH-TAU
Congratulations to all on an
outstanding aircraft!

FSDS2 DESIGN HFB
320 HANSA JET
by Chris Grabow in
progress
Panel design is started by Michael Vader (special
thanks
to Burkhard Fiebig for important pictorial
material).
FD work is started by Wolfram Beckert (special
thanks to
Elko Wichmann for lending the HFB Airplane
Flight Manual).
The design of this unconventional jet was started
in March 1961 by the Hamburger Flugzeugbau in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. The
Jet was powered by two GE CJ turbojets
and took off for first flight on April 21st,
1964. Two prototypes and 45 aircraft were produced. The German Luftwaffe
used the HFB 320 Hansa as Electronic Warfare
trainers and in the VIP Flight of the Ministry's
of Defense. The Luftwaffe's HFB
320 were sold to various customers in the
early 90s.
