Scott McIntosh, gives his Verdict on the clubs and players to look out for in 2003/04.

Scott Mcintosh Last Season's Winner

 SPL Positions:-

1:   Rangers:- They can't be as bad as last season and win a treble, so I'll take them for
a more comfortable league win.

2:   Celtic:- Will miss out on the league, but should do well in Europe, second stage
Champions league.

3.   Dundee:-  I originally had them to finish 5th, but what the hell, a bit more
consistency and we could finish 3rd easily, if we can stop losing silly
goals......

4:   Hearts:- Best of the rest.

5.   Killie:-  2nd best Hearts team in the league., will just pip the Pars.
 

6.   Dunfermline:-   A lot of people expect them to do better than last season, I Don't!! 

7.   Hibs:- Will show improvement from last season but not enough to make top 6, but
then again Sandy Clark is there, they may well get relegated.

8.   Them:-

9.   Aberdeen:-  Not enough has been done to improve there chances of top 6 football.

10. Motherwell:- Will do slightly better than last seasons bottom, quite a good side really.

11. Livvy:- Not much to say, they've struggled last season, I see no difference, will
just avoid the drop.
 

12. Partick:-  Could be down by Christmas.
