There are a number of ways of testing for Candida.

Muscle Test: A muscle test (kinesiology)can be obtained from Food and Chemical Allergy Screening, Gloucester, UK, GL1 2QJ . 01452 529563 [This is the place that I go to and recommend it. Costs are about £15 for candida and zinc test. Initial full Candida and Allergy tests are up to £85, but well worth it. ]

If there is not support or it is too expensive, then try the PULSE TEST. You need to find your normal pulse rate, (depends on what you have been doing but try before you eat). Then eat a food substance. Then wait 20 - 30 minutes. Then retake your pulse. If there is a difference of more than 10 beats (up or down) then this indicates a possible allergy.
