At the Three Cups Inn, Queen-street, Oxford, on Monday the 28th of June, 1847, at Six o'cock, in two lots. Lot 1. - A Brick-built HOUSE, situate in Blackfriars-road, containing a sitting room, kitchen and bakehouse, (with seven- bushel oven) on the ground floor, and two bedrooms over, now in the occupation of Mr. Chaundy, baker. Lot 2. - A Brick-built HOUS, adjoingin the above, con- taining a sitting room and kitchn on the ground floor, and two bed rooms over, with garden and detached washhouse, now in the occupation of Mr. Thompson. The lots may be viewed by leave of the repective tenants; and further particulars obtained on application to Mr. J. C. Dudley, solicitor, or the auctioneers, Oxford. | |
