Crawley was re-badged to REME (Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers ) last October. We used to be PWRR (Princess of Wales Royal Regiment). The day of the re-bagging was a grand day. The TA REME band were there and a lot of important people. Last November three cadets went to the Royal Albert Hall from Crawley they were Cdt Light, Cdt Collard and Cdt Walton. They were there with about 28 other cadets from all over Sussex, to form the Sussex Army Cadet Force kitkar Display Team. This team is basically a team of 8 cadets which put a Jago Jeep together in around 3 minutes. There were two shows one in front of the Queen and one on TV.
