BOOKING/FAIR INFO

We wish to inform you that DMC Premiere Fairs are now taking bookings for their  10th successful FILM MEMORABILIA & SCI-FI  CONVENTION
Which is to be held on Saturday 21st October 2000 at the new and larger venue,THE BRIGHTON CENTRE, Kings Road BRIGHTON.

THE BRIGHTON CENTRE is conveniently situated for both rail and road traveller, and the mail line station is only 5 minutes walk away. This new and prestigious venue should prove a huge success for both dealer and public alike and there will be a capacity of 200 plus tables with plenty of wall space.

The intentional layout for the convention is to allocate one hall (100+ tables) specifically for SCI-FI related items and a second adjoining hall (100+ tables) to accommodate FILM MEMORABILIA, such as posters, stills and film related material. This way, we will hopefully cater for each individual dealer who
specialises  in specific memorabilia and would also assist the public in allocating their particular requirements.
So when making a booking, please indicate on the booking form what area you would like to be allocated.
1 SCI-FI  2 FILM MEMORABILIA 3 NO PREFS

There are easy and convenient loading/unloading facilities with a ramp for easy access to the main halls.
There is a NCP car park directly next to the loading bay in Russell road , and so if you need to park your vehicle there, the following parking rates apply.
4 Hours £4.20  6 Hours £6.00  9 Hours £8.50  Because many dealers will have to use this car park, we have tried to keep the table costs to a minimum, and I hope that the price reflects this.

For this first convention at the BRIGHTON CENTRE, we are hoping to secure some well known guests and there will be a VIP room adjoining the main halls for meeting and signing purposes.
As of this time we have no definite confirmation of who will be able to attend, but keep logging on to see changes.

All tables (6'x2.5') will be individually spaced out with each dealer having room either side. So instead of tables being butted upto each other in line, there will be plenty of room making it more comfortable for Dealer & Public

Backing tables (6'x2.5') are also available if required at a small charge . All tables both main and backing, will be already set up for you .

The fee for a centre table is £30 and £35 for a wall table. With backing tables £5 extra (LTD to one per paying table Purchased)

For dealers who require more than one table, the following
discount applies  (please refer to BOOKING RATES)
Payments in full can be made in advance or alternatively, a deposit of £20 per table is required to secure a place, with the remaining amount to be paid on the day.

Doors will open at 08.00 am for dealers and 10.00 am for the public The event will close at 04.00 pm to the public and 06.00 pm thereafter to wrap-up.
