Diamonds are Forever

Diamonds are forever

After supposedly going on holiday Bond (Sean Connery) there for seeks his arch, enemy Ernst Starvro Blofeld wishing to kill him to get back at him for the murder of his wife in the awful film On her Majesty's Secret Service. Having found him he then pushes him into some hot lava! "Welcome to hell Blofeld!" Bond smirks!

Later he is sent on the mission to investigate a massive diamond smuggling plot but who is behind it all?

The plan:

To build a Satellite similar to that of the death star in "Star Wars", where using the smuggled diamonds the villain can use the Satellite as an huge laser beam to hold various country's for ransom.

The Villian:

Blofeld! You didn't think you saw the last of him did ya? Well not until For your eyes only at least!

The Goons:

Those homosexual hitmen Mr Whint and Mr Kid (Played by Putter Smith & Bruce Glover)

The Car:

A nice red one I can't remember the make!

The Girls:

Tiffany Case (Jill St Jon), and Plenty O'Toole (Lana Wood).

Recurring charcter:

Felix Leiter (Norman Burton)

Overall:

A brilliant Bond a brilliant film. Seems a tad boring at first but once you start watching this brilliant film you will be instantly hooked. Mr Whint and Mr Kidd are the funniest villains ever. Charles Gray is an excellent Blofeld! Even if he may not be as good as Donald Pleasance's very mysterious mad Scientist type Blofeld but at least it's better than the Blofeld in On her majesty's secret service. Well done Sean Connery and Eon productions you've done yourself proud.
