| Hi Folks, Fair play to you Val - never did this before with or without abusive language or spam. Anyhow, as usual I'm trying to get back running. One thing that is helping is the new runners group in Malahide - they got going last month and baiscally run/jog around Malahide Park a few times , once, twice or three times - its up to you. About 10/12 turn up so you can go at your own pace ( kind of) for as long as you like. website is malahiderunners.4t.com Training this weekend is on Saturday and Sunday but check the website, midweek was Weds this week. all the best Frank Flood - august come back kid ( again!) | |
