FIRTH VIEWS

Hi!!!! My name is John Newth and I live in Dunoon, on the shores of the Firth of Clyde, in southwest Scotland. I have had a lifelong interest in ships and shipping. I was formerly employed as an engineer with the P&O Group, serving on a variety of types of ship, but mainly refrigerated cargo ships, and liquefied petroleum gas tankers. I am now employed locally, working as an engineer with Western Ferries.

This website depicts some of the ships I have worked on, together with a number of postcards from my own collection. I will add to the site as time permits.
