The top 3 pictures show the removal of the old clock face (from the North tower wall) and the adding of a new one (to the West wall).

Either side of this box are pictures of the newly cleaned clock mechanism.  This will drive the North tower wall clock when its old face has been repainted.  (The new West tower wall clock face is driven by an electric motor) .
