Activist wins Imperialist Award

News has reached us, rather late of course, that Angerless Maison, internationally unknown activist for the English Gay Ghetto and Leaderene for the PR Firm Fuckall (politics) Ltd (pictured here) Has been awarded The Order of British Excrement by a grateful government.
Angerless had the difficult task of convincing the ghetto citizens that a vote for Labour would mean a chance at civil and social equality. A task made doubly difficult by the ghetto's natural tendency to vote tory at any opportunity. Helped considerably by the schoolboy-cp looks of one of the newer MP's and a promise that some token offerings may be made to gay rights - mainly concerning buggery - Angerless managed to achieve a near 100% swing to the (now) ruling Labour party.

As good as their word. The government promptly started on a swingeing attack on single (read lesbian) mothers; and brought forward a further strengthening of police rights in case of arrest. They did however make one concession to Angerless's well known penchant for a gay male agenda and introduced measures to allow 17 year olds to fuck each other - as if they hadn't been doing this already.

Having managed to mobilise both lesbians and gay men to petition their mps regarding schoolboy buggery rights, angerless repaid the ghetto's co-operation by demanding job protection and equality in the workplace for members of the armed forces.

This truly radical move, which affects less than 1% of out lesbians and gay men, was recieved with underwhelming apathy by the ghetto, who had hoped for a more general employments portection campaign or even some intervention over lesbian and gay custody.

Fuckall, spurred on by its success in mobilizing the ghetto over this enormous non-issue then embarked on a round britain tour. The first in its 12 year existence. Holding public meetings across the country, it explained its policies clearly and firmly and encouraged members of the ghetto to continue to keep sending in their suggestions for policy campaigns on the backs of postcards as these took up less space in the bin.
