To qualify cards must have Tower logo on reverse. Card distribution commenced in August 1998. Cards issued prior to June 1999 (?) had grey shaded Tower oval logo in stamp box. After June 1999 some cards (*) have max logo as stamp box and Tower logo on left hand side of card. Cards with ** have Tower logo in stamp box in colour – red text in yellow oval background. Cards *** have max logo in stamp box and coloured Tower logo on left hand side of card. Dates are those shown on card, it can be assumed cards will have been issued in the period prior to the date shown. See revision dates of checklist for approximate dates of first issue of cards. |
