The Azrieli center is a complex comprising three office towers, a shopping mall, 8 cinemas,
cafßs and restaurants. The developers call it a "city within a city".
This complex is located between Derech Petach Tikvah, Ayalon highway, and Kaplan road.
Two of the towers - the circle and the triangle - have been completed, while the third - square -
tower is still under construction. Construction of the third tower was halted at the tenth floor, due to a dispute between the developers and the Tel Aviv municipality. The developers wanted to change the Town Building scheme so that they could convert the square tower from an office building to hotel and luxury apartments. Recently, the developers reached a compromise with the municipality, and construction has been resumed. |
