Developers have canceled the last 8 residential storeys, after an examination revealed that the demand for apartments on the site was not large, hence profitability was not guaranteed. (Globes June 6, 1999)
The Levinstein Tower is an office building on Derech Petach Tikvah. Originally it was planned to be 37-storeys high. The first 29 storeys are offices, and the highest 8 storeys residential.
