Tzameret Towers

These towers are sometimes mistakenly referred to as "Elrov Towers", but Elrov Towers is just the name of the construction company.
 
These are three very luxurious residential towers that will be 34 storeys each. A request has been filed by the developer to add 6 more floors to each building.
 
This is the largest luxury apartment project currently under construction in Tel Aviv. The developer, Elrov has so far sold 130 out of the 240 apartments at an average price of $860,000. Some of the apartments sold for $2-2.5 million each. (source: Globes; 24.12.00)
 

The picture below was taken on sept. 18, 2000 from the Boursa area, on the other side of the Ayalon highway. Construction of the third tower hasn't begun yet, but is expected to commence soon.
