DIRECTIONS:-

From the M6/A74 take the A73 at Abingdon for approximately 14 miles,
then you will join the A70 at the CLYDE BRIDGE near LANARK. Continue
for nearly 4 miles, heading through CARSTAIRS until turning left on 
to the A721.Go along this road to the roundabout (around 2 miles),
then take the A706, and then the A71 signposted LIVINGSTON. Turn left
at the LIZZIE BRICE roundabout onto the A899 and turn first left into
THE ALMONDVALE CENTRE, it's then the second left then left again. The
track is approx. 100 yards down this road on the left, adjacent to 
the Melvilles night club.

From the M90 South, cross the FORTH ROAD BRIDGE and follow the signs 
for M8/GLASGOW. Continue along the motorway for approximately 7 miles,
turning onto the A899 at Junction 3, go for 2 miles, then follow the 
signs for THE ALMONDVALE CENTRE as above.
