** All DSS series cards to be handled by Castle Brass Escrow must be valid and get preview channels only! Programmed, invalid, dead processor, looped or physically damaged cards will not be accepted.
** Buyer and Seller will negotiate a mutually acceptable price for the card(s).
** Buyer and Seller will each contact Castle Brass Escrow via email to signify their intent to use Castle Brass Escrow as their agent.
** Seller will at that time provide Castle Brass Escrow with the first six digits of the card(s) cam id(s), and will disclose whether each card involved in the transaction is original or a clone.
** Castle Brass Escrow will then email both parties with the appropriate contract including mailing instructions and a transaction number.
** Castle Brass Escrow will verify that each card transferred is valid and gets preview channels in an ird.
** Castle Brass Escrow will verify the cam id of each card transferred via the service test of an ird, and will disclose to the Buyer the clone or non-clone status of said card(s).
** Any card(s) sent to Castle Brass Escrow that receive any channels other than preview channels, (card(s) suspected to have been programmed), will immediately be sent to a reputable cleaning service, and seller agrees that any funds required for this service will be taken from the funds due to him or her by the buyer.
** At no time will Castle Brass Escrow view or alter a card with any programming or cleaning device.
** At no time will Castle Brass Escrow capture or save an image of any card in any fashion.
** All cards or funds sent to Castle Brass Escrow will include a printed copy of the appropriate agreement, signed and complete in all particulars.
** Fees for Castle Brass Escrow’s services will be $15.00 each from both buyer and seller (a total of $30.00) for the first card in any single transaction. Additional cards within the same transaction will require $10.00 each from both parties (a total of $20.00), per card.
** All funds sent to Castle Brass Escrow by either party will be in the form of a United States Postal Money Order, with the Payee portion left blank to be filled in by the appropriate party. No exceptions will be made!
** Seller will ship to Castle Brass Escrow the card(s) covered in the transaction, and a United States Postal Money Order (payee portion left blank) in an amount to cover Seller’s fee(s) plus return shipment of Buyer’s Money Order.
** Buyer will ship to Castle Brass Escrow two (2) United States Postal Money Orders (payee portion left blank on both). One will be in the amount due to the Seller, and the other in an amount to cover Buyer’s fee(s) plus return shipment of the card(s) covered in the transaction.
** All cards or funds sent to Castle Brass Escrow will be shipped via United States Postal Service Certified Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Insurance is optional at the discretion of the buyer and seller. (Note: Express Mail Service is automatically insured to a value up to $500.00 per parcel.)
** All cards or funds sent from Castle Brass Escrow will be shipped via United States Postal Service Certified Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Insurance is optional. Overnight delivery available.
** If any party elects to NOT cover any portion of shipping with insurance, or elects to insure at less than the full value, that party accepts all liability due to damage or loss.
** All items signed for, received and once inspected by Castle Brass Escrow are automatically insured to their full value while in the possession of Castle Brass Escrow.
** Castle Brass Escrow will email both parties when the appropriate items are received.
** Once Castle Brass Escrow has verified that the card or cards covered by the transaction are as the Seller has stated, and as the Buyer and Seller have agreed to, and that all Money Orders and agreements submitted are correct in all particulars, Castle Brass Escrow will then ship all appropriate items to Buyer and Seller.
** Castle Brass Escrow will then email Buyer and Seller with tracking confirmation information, and the time and date of mailing.
** If at any time a card is found to be in any condition other than what is stated by the Seller, and/or agreed to by the parties, Castle Brass Escrow will immediately inform both Buyer and Seller of said conditions, and allow Buyer the option to reject or continue with the transaction.
** If the Buyer elects to reject the transaction, all funds sent by the Buyer will be refunded in full. The Seller’s fees due to Castle Brass Escrow will be kept, and the funds included for shipping of Buyer’s Money Order will be used to return the Buyer’s funds to him or her.
** Seller will then be required to submit another Money Order (payee portion left blank), to Castle Brass Escrow in an amount to cover the Buyers fee(s) due to Castle Brass Escrow, return shipping of card(s) in question, plus any cleaning, shipping and insurance fees which may be required should the card(s) prove to have programming of any kind beyond a valid card receiving preview channels.
** If Seller does not submit said fees to Castle Brass Escrow within thirty (30) days of notification that the Buyer has rejected the transaction, the card(s) and all fees submitted to date by the Seller, will then become the sole property of Castle Brass Escrow.
** Once items have been received by Castle Brass Escrow, if Buyer or Seller elects to discontinue the transaction for any reason other than as described above, the party who elects to cancel the transaction becomes responsible for all fees due to Castle Brass Escrow as well as all shipping and insurance fees to return items to the respective parties. If additional monies are required to complete the return of said items to the respective parties, the party who elected to cancel the transaction will submit said funds to Castle Brass Escrow. If said funds are not remitted with thirty (30) days of notice of cancellation, the party who elects to cancel the transaction waives all rights to the return of their property or monies.
** Should either party elect to cancel the transaction as described in the paragraph directly above, the other party shall be held blameless and all property and funds will be returned to him immediately by Castle Brass Escrow.
