(After a mind-blowing opening video package to NWA-UK Hammerlock Heatwave, the scene opens inside the jam-packed Wembley Arena in London. The camera pans around the screaming hoards of people crammed inside the arena as pyro explodes around the entrance set-up. Chris Freeman and Adam Wheeler welcome viewers to the show.)

Chris Freeman: Ladies and gentlemen, this is NWA-UK Hammerlock!! It is a hot summer night here in London, welcome everyone to Heatwave!!!

(The camera again pans around the arena.)

CF: What a night of action we are going to bring you here tonight!!! All three Hammerlock championships are on the line here this evening, culminating in our main event for the Heavyweight Title which sees the champion "Picture Perfect" Jason Prentice defend the gold against The Punisher!

AW: Yes yes yes Freeman, but the real main event this evening, in my eyes anyway, is the - get this - very first Hammerlock Bikini Contest featuring the hot babes of Hammerlock!!

CF: (sighs)

AW: And who is presenting the bikini contest? None other than yours truly!! Ha ha ha!

CF: I didn't know I was sitting beside Jerry "The King" Lawler. If you mention "puppies" tonight I'm gonna smack you in the mouth. The mind boggles as to who decided to give you that job...

("Coma America" by Amen hit and The New Young Lions made their entrance.)

CF: Well here come The New Young Lions, Brandon Alvarez and Kyle Coulbourne, who are challenging for the Tag Team Titles in our opening contest here tonight at Heatwave. This young team's stock has risen rapidly lately, as they came through three gruelling matches to win an eight team tournament and earn this opportunity. We'll have to wait and see if they can realise their true potential here this evening.

AW: Well they'll have their work cut out for them because the champions La Cosa Nostra have been on an awesome tear themselves recently. Ever since they captured the gold against the Hammersmith Hard Men at GrandSlam, they have successfully defended the titles four times in the last four weeks! That includes title defences in a street fight, a stretcher match and against the winners of the inaugural Tag Team World Cup!

CF: I agree with you, Majoli and Saronni have been impressing a lot of people. I think this is going to be a cracking contest. The New Young Lions have had a couple of match of the year candidates in the last few weeks. Hold on to your seats!!

Match highlights:
Matteo Saronni handed the early advantage to the champions, scoring with a vertical suplex on Brandon Alvarez. La Cosa Nostra took Alvarez down with a double clothesline and again with a double elbowsmash. The challengers came back with a double spinning leg lariat on Saronni. Saronni hit Alvarez with a belly-to-back superplex. Alvarez nailed Saronni with a Northern Lights suplex for a two count. Manuel Majoli missed an enzuigiri on Kyle Coulbourne, who then hit the Italian with a spinning headscissors and a leg lariat. Coulbourne scored a near fall on Majoli with a reverse neckbreaker. The chants for the New Young Lions were deafening! Majoli kicked out after Coulbourne planted him with a spinning DDT. Coulbourne hit Saronni with a Russian legsweep and picked up another near fall with an elbowdrop from the second turnbuckle. Majoli executed a fisherman buster on Coulbourne. Saronni missed a leg lariat and ended up hitting his own partner Manuel Majoli. Coulbourne then hit the disorientated Majoli with a flying sunset flip but only got a two count. Kyle Coulbourne used a legdrop and a side suplex on Saronni. Alvarez blocked Matteo Saronni's Canoli Crusher attempt and spiked him with a jumping DDT. La Cosa Nostra were able to blast Alvarez with the Kiss of Death, but Kyle Coulbourne made the save.
Saronni backdropped Coulbourne out of the ring, who consequently appeared to land awkwardly on his ankle. With the referee's attention diverted by the action between Majoli and Alvarez going on in the ring, Saronni pulled a ladder out from underneath the ring and smashed it into Coulbourne's injured ankle! Coulbourne was writhing around in agony as Saronni dropped the ladder onto the prone ankle! Saronni then sandwiched Coulbourne's ankle in the ladder and stomped away! Coulbourne was in a world of hurt and the trainers quickly came out to help him as Saronni returned to the ring. It was obvious that Coulbourne could not continue and the trainers helped him to the back, leaving his partner Brandon Alvarez in a two-on-one situation with the odds firmly stacked against him.
Matteo Saronni executed a back suplex, a double arm DDT and a kneedrop on Brandon Alvarez, but Alvarez kept kicking out and refused to be pinned, showing wonderful heart. With the crowd behind him, Alvarez fought back and went for an armdrag but Saronni turned it into a backslide for the pinfall.

La Cosa Nostra (Manuel Majoli and Matteo Saronni) defeated
The New Young Lions (Brandon Alvarez and Kyle Coulbourne) when Saronni pinned
B. Alvarez after a backslide in 0:17:21.
Rating: **** 1/4
(La Cosa Nostra retained the NWA-UK Hammerlock Tag Team Titles.)

CF: La Cosa Nostra hold on to the gold here this evening, in what essentially became a handicap match after Matteo Saronni's low down tactics.

AW: True champions keep their titles by any means necessary, Freeman. That's exactly what the Italians did here at Heatwave.

CF: What?! By smashing that young kid's ankle with a steel ladder?!

AW: By ANY means necessary.

CF: Let's go to the back, where Kelly is standing by with Devon Ferrari.

(Backstage, Devon Ferrari is flexing his muscles while Kelly tries to interview him.)

Kelly: Devon, two weeks ago on Hammerlock TV, you and Jawaid Kaleeq put on a terrific contest but it was Kaleeq who emerged victorious. Tonight at Heatwave, you have the chance to avenge that defeat.

Ferrari: That's right Kelly, I do have that chance. And I'm gonna take it. You know, for the past two months I have been carrying people to five star match after five star match. What do have to show for it? Nothing. A title shot? Please. Well, it's about time that Devon Ferrari started to make an impact in this company...starting tonight.

(Jawaid Kaleeq arrives on the scene.)

Kaleeq: Hey Devon, I hear what you're saying. You are a great wrestler and I respect the hell out of you. We stole the show on television and no doubt we will again here tonight. But the next title shot around here is coming to me.

Ferrari: Is that right?

(The two men face off. Kelly fears that a brawl may break out but Kaleeq extends his hand.)

Kaleeq: May the best man win?

(Ferrari looks down at Kaleeq's hand.)

Ferrari: May the best man win.

(Ferrari and Kaleeq shake hands.)

AW: Makes you sick, doesn't it?

CF: I think it's a tremendous show of sportsmanship. There is a lot of professional pride at stake in this match-up.

AW: Well if I was one of those two fools, I'd have sucker-punched the other right in the eye. There's no place for that hand-shaking crap in Hammerlock!

CF: Adam, you truly are a man without honour.

Match highlights:
This was a much-anticipated contest between two of the brightest young talents in Hammerlock. Jawaid Kaleeq hit Devon Ferrari with a clothesline, missed a dropkick but then was successful with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Kaleeq unloaded with some stiff forearms. Ferrari went for the Emerald Erosion, but Kaleeq countered with a small package for a near fall. Ferrari hit a belly-to belly and then kicked Kaleeq in the head. After the two men chopped each other's chests red raw, Kaleeq executed a tiger driver but Ferrari kicked out. Ferrari used a spinning leg lariat, a slingshot legdrop and a springboard legdrop. Kaleeq came back with a jumping clothesline and went for the tiger driver again, but Kaleeq turned it into a rana for a two count. Ferrari superkicked Kaleeq and made the cover, putting his feet on the ropes for leverage, but the referee saw it. Ferrari hit an STO. Kaleeq planted Ferrari with a spinning back suplex. Ferrari went for an electric chair drop, but Kaleeq took him down with a Victory Roll pinning predicament that Ferrari only just escaped from.
Jawaid Kaleeq dived onto Ferrari with an elbow suicida. Devon Ferrari leapt onto Kaleeq with a flying cross body and then grabbed a handful of tights, but Kaleeq still managed to kick out. Ferrari was becoming dominant. He hit Kaleeq with a slingshot dropkick, a Yakuza kick, a swinging neckbreaker and then a German suplex for two. A Northern Lights suplex earned a two and a half count before Ferrari put Kaleeq away with the Ego Has Landed. What a show so far!

Devon Ferrari pinned Jawaid Kaleeq with the Ego Has Landed in 0:11:45.
Rating: ****

CF: What a terrific match! Ferrari gets the duke but my hat goes off to both men for their incredible performances here at Heatwave.

(Both men get a standing ovation from the Wembley crowd as they shake hands again. Kaleeq raises Ferrari's arm in victory and the cheers get louder.)

AW: Oh God! These two should get a room!

CF: Ferrari may have wrestled himself into title contention after that wonderful contest. The match quality thus far tonight has been second-to-none and it certainly bodes well for the rest of the show.

AW: Well Freeman, the quality is just about to go off the charts because...

(Adam Wheeler leaves the announcers' desk and takes a microphone. He makes his way into the ring.)

AW: ...ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for the Hammerlock Bikini Contest!!!

(The crowd pops!)

AW: Oh, yes! You think the action's been hot so far at Heatwave? Well, it's about to get a hell of a lot hotter!! You ain't seen nothing yet!

CF: I'd be lying if I said that I haven't been looking forward to this.

AW: Now before we bring those beautiful ladies of Hammerlock out here, let's get the rules out of the way first.

(Some fans jeer; they want to see the women!)

AW: Come on people, there's ten grand at stake here! Now, each lady will have twenty seconds to, ahem, disrobe and strut their stuff. Then that's where you, the loyal Hammerlock fans come in. You have to cheer for the girl that you like the best. The girl with the most cheers wins, it's as simple as that.

CF: Get on with it Adam.

AW: So, shall we get the ladies out here?

(Loud cheers.)

AW: Do you wanna see some skin?!

(Even louder cheers.)

AW: Then let's get them out here!!!

Bikini contest.
("Pour Some Sugar On Me" by Def Leppard hits and Linda O'Neil, Emma B, Serenity, Leilani and Victoria Silvstedt strut down to the ring. They are all dressed in silk robes and dressing gowns. Adam Wheeler introduces each one in turn as they enter the squared circle.)

CF: Oh my! Well, one of these stunning ladies will be £10,000 richer after tonight.

(Wheeler inspects each one of the ladies.)

AW: I think that I've died and gone to heaven. So, which one of you ladies wants this?

(Wheeler produces a cheque for ten grand from his jacket pocket. Each lady wants the cash.)

CF: Who let him have the money?!

AW: Okay then, well I think it's about time to see what you got. Remember, you each have twenty seconds to show the goods. If I had my way, I'd make it twenty minutes, but whatcha gonna do?! Linda, do you want to go first?

(The crowd cheer as Linda O'Neil prepares to take centre stage.)

CF: She's the World's Sexiest Brunette. Man, I love brunettes.

(The Def Leppard track hits again and Linda drops her robe, revealing one of the tiniest blue bikinis in history. The males in the crowd are going mental. Adam Wheeler's eyes nearly pop out of his head!)

CF: Mwabalabalabalabah...ahem, excuse me, I forgot how to talk there.

(Linda begins to show off her incredible body when ...
"PRENTICE...makes...PERFECT!!!
Jason Prentice's music hits and the Heavyweight Champion makes his way down to the ring to interrupt proceedings. He has a wicked scowl on his face.)

CF: What the hell is Jason Prentice doing out here?!

(Prentice picks up Linda's robe and covers her up to loud boos.)

AW: Jason? You aren't eligible to...

(Prentice snatches the mic away from Adam Wheeler and shoves him into the corner.)

Prentice: Shut up you little pervert!

(Prentice turns to Linda.)

Prentice: Linda, what the hell are you playing at?! What do you think you are doing, parading around here like a cheap slut?!

(The crowd chant "Asshole!" at the Heavyweight Champion. Linda is apologising, but she's not entirely sure what for.)

Prentice: Linda, by being out here tonight and taking part in this ridiculous competition, you are not only embarrassing yourself, but you're embarrassing me as well!! Nobody wants to see you prance around here in a bikini!

(The fans don't agree.)

CF: Wanna take a vote there Prentice?

Prentice: I have a huge title defence here tonight and you, as my manager, are supposed to be helping me prepare for the match. Now, get your ass to the back, put some damn clothes on and sort yourself out!!

(Prentice throws the mic back at Wheeler and follows the crestfallen Linda out of the ring, up the ramp and to the back. The fans are booing Prentice out of the building.)

CF: Man, I hate Jason Prentice. Linda was one of the favourites to win this thing, but I guess she's out of the running now.

AW: Well, pardon the interruption. Emma, I guess you're up next, unless you don't have permission as well??

(The music plays again and Emma B steps up and disrobes, unveiling a scintillating turquoise bikini. She still has her neck brace on, selling Matt Sizemore's attack from a couple of weeks back. The fitness expert used her twenty seconds to go through some risqué exercise routines and stretching techniques. Emma B gets a loud standing ovation from the Wembley crowd.)

CF: I love blondes.

AW: Emma B, everyone! And what a trooper, still taking part even with a bad neck!

(Emma B steps back in line and Serenity comes forward.)

AW: Serenity, you're up next sweetheart.

(Serenity begins to untie her robe when suddenly Matt Sizemore hits the ring! Serenity screams and bails out of the square circle and tears up the ramp. The fans are cheering for Sizemore. Sizemore sprints after her in hot pursuit to the back, his head still bandaged from Anthony DeAngelo's vicious attack last Monday.)

CF: Wow, Matt Sizemore doesn't want to wait until later! He wants to destroy Serenity now!

AW: Man, I guess Serenity is gone too now. The competitors are dropping like flies! Oh well, let's proceed nevertheless. Leilani, your turn.

(Leilani walks into the centre of the ring and waits for the music to start.)

CF: Leilani's been talking a lot of smack recently about how she is going to win this. Let's see if she can back up those boastful words.

(Leilani takes off her robe and throws it at Victoria Silvstedt. She has gone for the cheap pop, wearing a Union flag red white and blue bikini. Leilani parades around the ring, presenting her slim, sleek body. The other girls shake their heads in disgust at her despicable tactics.)

AW: She's a former Miss Great Britain! Let's hear it for Leilani!

(Leilani gets a nice reception from the crowd. It's Victoria's turn next.)

AW: Okay then, last but certainly not least, ladies and gentlemen, the former Playmate of the Year, The Ice Maiden, Victoria Silvstedt!!!

(Victoria makes her way forward and teases the crowd before dropping her white silk dressing gown. Victoria displays her curves in a dazzling purple bikini as she dances for the crowd.)

CF: Oh my Christ!!

(Adam Wheeler desperately tries to cross his legs as Victoria soaks in the thunderous cheers and wolf-whistles from the red-blooded men in the audience. Leilani has a frown on her face. The music stops.)

AW: What?! The time is up already?! Okay then, what did you people think of Victoria?

(More deafening roars of approval.)

CF: Is it hot in here or is it just me?!

AW: There's no doubt about it! Ladies and gentlemen, your winner of the Heatwave Hammerlock Bikini Contest...VICTORIA SILVSTEDT!!!

CF: The Ice Maiden has melted the hearts of the guys in here tonight.

(Wheeler hands the cheque over to Victoria, who kisses him on the cheek. He feigns a heart attack as Victoria waves to the crowd. Leilani steps forward and takes the mic.)

Leilani: Hang on a damn minute! This is a crock!

(The crowd boos Leilani.)

Leilani: How does this tramp deserve to win?! She's made of plastic!! Look at me!! I'm all natural and I'm so much more beautiful than this bleach-blonde bimbo!!

CF: Oh dear, fighting words.

(Leilani now officially has Victoria's attention. Victoria confronts her.)

Victoria: Honey, get over it. The people have spoken, they know what a real women looks like. You know, maybe they didn't appreciate your cheap tactics.

(Victoria pings the strap of Leilani's Union bikini with disdain.)

Leilani: The only thing cheap around here...is you!

(Leilani slaps Victoria hard across the face. The two women are soon rolling around on the canvas, clawing, scratching and pulling at each other's hair in a full-blown cat fight. The fans are loving it!)

CF: Cat fight! CAT FIGHT!!!

(Adam Wheeler tries to step in between the two ladies, but gets slapped in the face for his troubles. Ian Powers soon hits the ring and pulls Victoria off Leilani by the hair. He throws her down in the corner while Leilani demands that he teach her a lesson.)

CF: Aww, leave her alone Powers!

(Powers advances on Victoria, who pleads with him to let her go. Ben Winter soon arrives on the scene to protect his woman. Winter and Powers shove each other and soon begin trading blows. Referees and road agents quickly break up the scuffle. Adam Wheeler returns to the announcers' table.)

CF: How do you manage to screw up everything you do?! Every time things just descend into chaos!

AW: Can it, Freeman! You're just jealous that I got a kiss from Victoria Silvstedt!

CF: Yeah, right...

AW: She gave me her phone number too...

CF: I want to know how you get all these cushy jobs! I mean, the MC of a bikini contest?! How did you swing that one?!

(Hammerlock officials accompany Ben Winter and Victoria Silvstedt to the back, followed by Ian Powers and Leilani. The show cuts to a video package documenting the Matt Sizemore's bitter feud with Anthony DeAngelo and Serenity.)

CF: Well, this is what it has all come down to. A First Blood Match between Matt Sizemore and Anthony DeAngelo. If Sizemore wins, he gets five minutes alone in the ring with Serenity!

AW: And we all know that ain't gonna happen, Freeman! As we saw in that video, DeAngelo busted Sizemore open five days ago on Hammerlock TV!! Sizemore still has stitches in his head! One punch from DeAngelo, that's all it will take to end this match!!

CF: The winner will be the man who can make his opponent bleed. This one won't be for the squeamish.

Match highlights:
Matt Sizemore kicked things off by rocking Anthony DeAngelo with a series of hard forearms and a brutal clothesline. Sizemore powerslammed DeAngelo and the crowd was firmly behind him. Sizemore tried to choke the life out of DeAngelo and then punched away at DeAngelo's forehead, hoping to open it up. Sizemore executed a flying clothesline and a German suplex. DeAngelo came back with a vertical suplex and a backbreaker. DeAngelo then hit Sizemore with the X-Spot. Serenity screamed at DeAngelo that she wanted to see Sizemore's blood. DeAngelo tore the bandages off Sizemore's forehead and dug his fingers into the wound in an attempt to pull out some of the stitches. Sizemore grabbed a hold of DeAngelo's wrestling trunks and pulled him out of the ring as the fight spilled to the floor.
Matt Sizemore blasted Anthony DeAngelo with a Blue Thunder Bomb on the floor and then took possession of a steel chair with bad intentions in mind. However, Serenity distracted Sizemore, who then proceeded to stalk Serenity with the chair. That gave DeAngelo the opening he needed and he blindsided Sizemore with a vicious clothesline. DeAngelo slammed Sizemore on the ramp and then bounced his head off the ringpost, the steel steps and the guardrail, but no juice. DeAngelo disconnected part of the railing, but Sizemore dropkicked it back onto DeAngelo who flattened himself with it. Sizemore then hiptossed DeAngelo onto the fallen guardrail. With the fans chanting, "We want blood!", Sizemore picked DeAngelo up and planted him onto the steel guardrail with a double underhook piledriver! Anthony DeAngelo was busted wide open as a result and the referee called for the bell. Matt Sizemore now gets five minutes in the ring with Serenity!!!

First Blood Match:
Matt Sizemore defeated Anthony DeAngelo in 0:07:59.
Rating: ** 1/4
[Serenity interfered against Matt Sizemore.]

CF: My God! DeAngelo is bleeding like a stuck pig!

(The reality of the situation dawns on Serenity and she splits! The fans let Sizemore know what is going on and he takes off after her.)

CF: Serenity is running for her life!

(Serenity and Sizemore disappear to the back.)

AW: Run, Serenity, run! She's so smart, I'll bet she has a taxi waiting for her. She never agreed to the stips Freeman, it was DeAngelo who made the match!

(The crowd jeer as they were looking forward to seeing Serenity get hers. Suddenly, Matt Sizemore bursts out from the entrance way, dragging Serenity along by the hair! The crowd pops!)

CF: He got her!

AW: This is disgraceful, Freeman!

(Sizemore throws Serenity into the ring and backs her up into the corner. She slumps down and begs for mercy. Serenity is close to tears.)

CF: This has been coming to that wench for two months!

(Sizemore drags Serenity up by the hair and places her over his knee. Sizemore lifts her skirt up and spanks her bare ass!)

AW: This is humiliation. It is a disgrace and it's not right!

CF: Her father should have done this when she was a little girl!

AW: Have a heart, Freeman!!

(All of a sudden, M.J. hits the ring and clubs Matt Sizemore in the back of the neck with a lead pipe! The crowd are booing him out of the building.)

CF: What the hell is M.J. doing out here?! I was enjoying that!

AW: Chivalry is NOT dead!

(M.J. floors Sizemore again with another pipe shot, opening Sizemore wide open. Serenity quickly scurries out of the ring and heads to the back.)

AW: This is a receipt for Sizemore busting M.J. open last week on TV!

CF: That's ridiculous! M.J. has reopened that wound on Sizemore's head!

(While the crowd chants, "M.J. sucks!", M.J. chokes Sizemore with the pipe and then locks on the Total Body Workout. Emma B joins M.J. in the ring and slaps Sizemore as he swings back and forth.)

CF: Sizemore's unconscious! Let's get some help out here!!

(Referees and road agents fill the ring and M.J. releases Sizemore, dropping him in a pool of his own blood. M.J. and Emma B leave the ring, pleased with their dirty work. Matt Sizemore is helped to the backstage area by officials.)

CF: M.J. has been very frustrated with his recent win-loss record, but that is no excuse for the sickening attack we have just witnessed.

AW: M.J. has certainly left his mark here at Heatwave, leaving Matt Sizemore a bloody mess...

CF: Sorry to interrupt Adam, but I'm getting word from the back that as a result of the aftermath from that disorderly bikini contest earlier, a match has been signed for later tonight between Ian Powers and Ben Winter!!

AW: That's big news Freeman. You know, Ben Winter is managed by former Playmate of the Year Victoria Silvstedt, whom I scored with earlier.

(A video highlights package plays documenting the events leading up to the NWA-UK Hammerlock Television Title Match between "The Blue Chipper" Bryan Campbell and Goldie Lookin' Chain's Mystikal.)

CF: Mystikal's recent Hammerlock record has been exemplary. He has beaten some of the big names in this company, including Cuthbert D. Fharquar, Ivan Dragunov and former Heavyweight Champion Hiro Kakuhari.

AW: That is certainly very impressive, Freeman, but the champion Bryan Campbell has successfully defended his TV every single week. He is undoubtedly the best wrestler on television today.

CF: Well you must admit he has been very lucky on several occasions...

AW: Doesn't matter Freeman. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Campbell is both.

CF: Can Mystikal bring home Goldie Lookin' Chain's first championship in Hammerlock? Or will The Blue Chipper's remarkable title reign continue? Remember, this bout is fought under Iron Man rules with a twenty minute time limit.

Match highlights:
Bryan Campbell opened with a backdrop and a hard back elbow, but barely scored a one count with his first cover. The Blue Chipper clotheslined Mystikal and followed up with an elbowdrop. Mystikal came back with a bodyslam, an enzuigiri to the face and a dropkick to the ankle. Mystikal took a chance by going for a springboard rana, but Campbell rattled his spine with a power bomb. Campbell had brought his A-game with him to London as he connected with a kneelift and a full nelson slam. Campbell then set Mystikal on the turnbuckles and drilled him with a super fisherman buster to go 1-0 up.
The Television Champion hit Mystikal with a nice back suplex. Mystikal attempted to mount a comeback with a Frankensteiner but Campbell countered with a tiger driver. Nothing was coming off for Mystikal tonight, as he then missed a springboard moonsault. Bryan Campbell was staying one step ahead of the challenger to his title here this evening. Mystikal eventually hit a springboard moonsault, a ropeflip moonsault and then he surprised Campbell with a sunset flip out of nowhere for the three count to equalise!!
Frustrated, Campbell walked straight into a Mexican armdrag for a near fall as Mystikal brought some lucha libre to Hammerlock! The decibel level inside the Wembley Arena was unbelievable!! Campbell went for a sleeper, but Mystikal broke it up with a jawbreaker. Mystikal then dropped Campbell with a springboard spinning leg lariat, which set up the champion for the Self Suicide! Mystikal takes a 2-1 lead!
This was an incredible comeback from the Welshman, as it had appeared that he was dead and buried in the early stages of the contest. Mystikal tried to go further ahead with a Frankensteiner from the top rope and then he locked in a Fujiwara armbar. Campbell escaped the hold and replied with a flying forearm. Campbell decked Mystikal with a vicious right hand. Mystikal kicked out of a flying bulldog and a powerslam. The champion's annoyance seemed to gradually be getting the better of him, but he was able to hook Mystikal up in a reverse cradle to square up the contest.
The next decision would surely win the match. Campbell hit Mystikal with a vertical suplex and, knowing that if the match were to finish as things stand he would retain the title, Campbell locked on a rear chinlock to waste time. This was extremely intelligent wrestling from the Television Champion. The Blue Chipper trapped Mystikal in another rest hold, a sleeperhold, but Mystikal used a backslide for a near fall. Campbell took a walk in order to run the clock down some more, but Mystikal dived onto him with an amazing springboard tornado dive!!! With the crowd on their feet, Mystikal rolled Campbell back into the ring and went for a twisting moonsault, but Campbell pulled his knees-up! Bryan Campbell then executed the Chip Off The Old Block for the three count, effectively ending Mystikal's chances. Campbell spent the remaining minute avoiding locking up with Mystikal. The time limit expired and Campbell is victorious yet again.

Iron Man Match:
Bryan Campbell beat Mystikal 3 falls to 2:
x B. Campbell beat Mystikal via a super fisherman buster in 0:05:11
x Mystikal beat B. Campbell via a sunset flip in 0:09:12

x time limit expired (Mystikal and B. Campbell) in 0:20:00
Rating: *** 1/2
(Bryan Campbell retained the NWA-UK Hammerlock Television Title.)

CF: The Blue Chipper just keeps on getting better and better!

AW: Campbell wrestled an extremely smart match here tonight, Freeman. He managed to ground the high-flyer, he ran the clock down and then he sucker-punched him with a minute left to leave the result beyond doubt. I can't see anyone taking the gold from him any time soon.

CF: You could be right. Let's show you what went down earlier this evening after the first ever Hammerlock Bikini Contest, which set-up this upcoming match between "The Iceman" Ben Winter and Ian Powers.

(Footage of the cat fight between bikini contest winner Victoria Silvstedt and sore loser Leilani rolled. Winter and Powers came out to separate their respective women, but they too soon came to blows.)

Match highlights:
Ian Powers missed a clothesline and Ben Winter took him down with a Spin Doctor for an early two count. Powers kicked out of a running powerslam and then Winter planted him with a Rock Bottom. Powers scored with a flying elbow for a near fall and was getting a pissed look amongst all the boos. Powers punched Winter, but The Iceman just stared at him, completely no-selling the blow. Winter clotheslined Powers over the top rope and hit him with an inverted DDT on the floor. Back in the ring, Powers rocked Winter with an elbow and hit a kneedrop and a reverse neckbreaker.
Ben Winter hit Ian Powers with the Thin Ice springboard clothesline, displaying awesome agility for such a big man. Powers fell out of the ring and at ringside, Winter ran Powers into the ringpost. Powers was busted open. Winter threw Powers back into the squared circle and signalled that it was all over. Suddenly, Leilani interjected herself and jumped onto The Iceman's back. Winter flung her down to the canvas and Victoria Silvstedt hit the ring...Cat Fight! Cat Fight! With Winter distracted, Powers sneaked up from behind and struck with a low blow. Powers rolled Winter up but only got a two count. Ian Powers got into a shoving match with referee Martin Pike and then turned right into a devastating spinebuster slam from Ben Winter! The Iceman quickly applied the Deep Freeze for the victory.

Ben Winter defeated Ian Powers when Ian Powers passed out in the Deep Freeze in
0:18:26.
Rating: *** 1/4
[Leilani interfered against Ben Winter.]

CF: Winter uses the Deep Freeze to put away Ian Powers here tonight!

AW: That is a choke, Freeman! An illegal hold! He cheated!

(Byson was shown pacing around a dark and dingy area backstage. He already had the dog collar attached around his neck, ready for his match-up with "Shotgun" Steve Bailey. Highlights were shown of the brutal and violent Byson-Bailey feud, which has been spiralling out of control for three months.)

CF: This Dog Collar Match is almost certain to be a career-shortener. Let's get Steve Bailey's thoughts.

(Kelly is standing by backstage with Steve Bailey.)

Kelly: Steve, tonight at Heatwave you will do battle with Byson in a Dog Collar Match, with falls counting anywhere in the Wembley Arena. How do you feel?

Bailey: Kelly, ever since Hammerlock started again, I have had issues with this man. He has cost me every title opportunity I have gotten. He has split me open with steel chairs. He gave me a friggin' brain buster onto the steel steps!! Well Byson, you haven't gotten rid of me! I'm still standing. You know, every time I see that son of a bitch in the locker room, I want to tear him apart. Tonight, I have that chance. Byson, you have taken title shots away from me in the past but tonight, I take the rest of your career away from you!

(Bailey is ready; he makes his way out to the arena.)

CF: Strong words there from Steve Bailey.

AW: This is a feud that really has got to end, one way or another. Both men's careers have come to a standstill because of it. You know Freeman, I doubt Hammerlock is big enough for both of them.

CF: You could be right Adam. I don't think either man will ever be the same after this one. This match will be bloody, it will be violent and some of the action is certain to be extremely graphic. Considered yourselves warned.

Match highlights:
This Dog Collar war was every bit as violent and out of control as we feared it would be. Steve Bailey hit Byson with a spin kick and a bodyslam and then planted Byson with a DDT onto the chain. Byson choked Bailey with the dog collar and then whipped him across the back with the chain. Byson scored with a falcon arrow and a belly-to-belly suplex before both men took the fight out of the ring.
Byson hit Bailey with a trash can as they fought into the crowd. Byson suplexed Bailey somewhere in the middle of the masses of fans. At the back of the arena, Byson clocked Bailey with a frying pan. Byson cleared the announcers' table and elbowdropped Steve Bailey through it, but Bailey still managed to kick out of the subsequent pin attempt. Byson further incited the crowd by running Bailey into the arena wall. Both men brawled up the arena stairway up onto the first floor. Bailey blocked the Bull Rutt. Byson hit Bailey with the ring bell and power bombed him for a near fall. Byson countered the Pistol Whip with an elbowsmash and smashed Bailey with the chain again. Bailey sent Byson crashing through a section of guardrail with spinning headscissors. Bailey lifted up the railing and crushed Byson with it. Bailey flung Byson over a row of chairs as the arena-wide brawl raged on.
Steve Bailey used a backbreaker on Byson and choked him with the collar. Byson pulled out some brass knux and used them on Bailey, freeing himself. Bailey blocked a DDT through a table and connected with the Sawn-Off Shotgun on the arena floor. Bailey used a power bomb of his own for a very close fall and then both men proceeded to trade frying pan shots. Bailey kicked out of a powerslam on the floor. Byson used a back suplex as the fight continued to go all over the arena. Bailey executed the Pistol Whip on Byson but then instead of going for the pin, Bailey repeatedly wrapped the chain around Byson's neck and began to choke. Byson was spluttering and gasping for air, his face slowly turning blue. Eventually, Byson stopped responding and the referee brought the match to an end.

Dog Collar Falls-Count-Anywhere Match:
Steve Bailey defeated Byson when Byson passed out in a chokehold in 0:19:03.
Rating: ****

CF: The referee's stopped it! Bailey wins!!

AW: Freeman, he's not letting go!

(Steve Bailey continues to choke out Byson with the chain. Byson is cataleptic on the ground.)

AW: He's trying to kill him!!

(Referees and road agents pour out from the back to convince Bailey to let go, but Bailey refuses to release the chain. Byson isn't moving. Eventually, the officials pull the crazed Bailey off Byson and he relinquishes his grip on the chain. The paramedics tend to Byson, who has the imprint of the chain marked around his neck.)

AW: You know, Bailey spent a night in the cells for disturbing the peace recently. They should throw him in the slammer again for attempted murder! He's a psycho!!

CF: Everybody inside the Wembley Arena is in shock at what we have just seen. Bailey hates Byson so much that he would actually try and cause him serious and even permanent injury.

(Highlights of the Jason Prentice-Punisher feud were shown. Everything was documented: The Punisher's criticism of Prentice's title reign, The Punisher refusing to let Prentice leave before his contract signing and subsequent steel cage title defence against Muerte de Antedicho, Prentice snapping and attacking The Punisher, issuing the challenge, Punisher accepting the challenge in the form of Total Punishment on the steel stage following Prentice's successful title defence against Ian Powers and then the arena-wide brawl on last Monday's Hammerlock TV.)

CF: Ladies and gentlemen, the time is upon us. We are set for the NWA-UK Hammerlock Heavyweight Title Match. Jason Prentice will defend the title against The Punisher.

AW: Prentice's recent attitude change means he is incredibly hard to beat.

CF: He doesn't rely on Linda O'Neil so much to win him matches anymore.

AW: Well, I don't think he ever did, Freeman. Don't forget, Prentice defeated The Punisher two months ago at Rebirth in the semi-final of the NWA-UK Hammerlock Heavyweight Title Tournament en route to capturing the championship. That may give the psychological advantage to the champion.

CF: Prentice is giving up a lot of height and weight, but he is much quicker that The Punisher. Prentice cannot match power with The Punisher, so he'll have to outwrestle him.

AW: That's if The Punisher allows him to. He'll want to keep this contest as a brawl and if that's the case, Jason Prentice will very soon become the former Heavyweight Champion.

CF: It is time for our main event. Let's send it up to ring announcer Steve Lytton for the official introductions.

Match highlights:
The Punisher immediately went for the Doctor Bomb, but Jason Prentice low blowed the challenger and unloaded with kicks and punches. The Punisher roared back with punches of his own and then executed the Total Punishment to claim the first fall in just over a minute! Everyone inside the Wembley Arena was stunned and amazed!
The shocked Prentice hit a gutwrench suplex, but then The Punisher used a tilt-a-whirl powerslam. The Punisher ran into the ropes, but Linda O'Neil pulled the top rope down and The Punisher took a bad spill to the floor. Prentice hit him with a baseball slide, but The Punisher blocked a side suplex on the floor and sent Prentice flying into the guardrail. Back between the ropes, Prentice superkicked the challenger and followed up with a neck snap. The Punisher kicked Prentice in the stomach and hit a brain buster. Prentice blocked the Total Punishment this time and locked in a Boston crab. Prentice dropped The Punisher with a swinging neckbreaker and went for the Perfect Stranger, but The Punisher turned it into another Total Punishment attempt. However, the Heavyweight Champion floated over and drilled The Punisher with the Perfect Plant for the three count!
The third and final fall began with both combatants flooring each other with a double clothesline. Prentice connected with the Perfect Stranger. The Punisher came back with a crushing clothesline and a T-Bone suplex for two. The Punisher then hit a belly-to-back suplex and a flying clothesline. Jason Prentice trapped The Punisher in a sleeperhold, but the challenger made the ropes. The Punisher countered the Perfect Crime with an elbowsmash and legdropped the champion. Prentice turned a vertical suplex into a small package for a near fall. The Punisher missed a spear and went crashing into the corner. Jason Prentice then focused his attack on The Punisher's right shoulder.
Prentice used a side suplex, but The Punisher returned fire with a side slam and a belly-to-back superplex. The Punisher nailed Prentice with a screwdriver for two. Back at ringside, The Punisher planted Jason Prentice with the Total Punishment on the concrete floor! The Punisher rolled the champ back in and covered, but incredibly Prentice kicked out!!! Prentice hit an elbow and followed up with the Perfect Plant. Prentice hooked the tights, but The Punisher kicked out at two!!! Both men have kicked out of each other's finishing manoeuvre!!! Prentice scored with the Perfect Shot for a near fall. The Punisher picked up three successive two counts with the Doctor Bomb, a Sky High and a flying legdrop. What phenomenal resilience being shown by our Heavyweight Champion! The Punisher emptied Prentice with a brutal spear, but reinjured his shoulder in the process. He eventually made the cover, but Prentice kicked out again. The Punisher may have wasted too much time in making the cover which could prove costly. The Punisher executed a dragon suplex and the referee counted three! The crowd popped big time, but both men's shoulders were down! Who wins the match?!

Two-out-of-three-Falls Match:
The Punisher drew Jason Prentice:
x Punisher beat J. Prentice via the Total Punishment in 0:01:07
x J. Prentice beat Punisher via the Perfect Plant in 0:05:05
x double pin (Punisher and J. Prentice) in 0:22:33
Rating: *** 1/4
(Jason Prentice retained the NWA-UK Hammerlock Heavyweight Title.)
[Linda O'Neil interfered against The Punisher.]

CF: The Punisher!!! The Punisher has done it!! We have a new Heavyweight Champion!

AW: No way Freeman! The Punisher's shoulders were on the mat. I think Prentice pinned The Punisher!

CF: Prentice's shoulders were certainly down too. My, this is confusing!

(Referee Lee Walton hands The Punisher the championship belt and raises his hand. The crowd go crazy, but Jason Prentice is irate.)

CF: I guess it's official, The Punisher wins the title!

(As The Punisher holds the gold aloft, a second referee, Glenn Pearson, makes his way down to the ring. He takes the title away from The Punisher and gives it to Jason Prentice! The crowd boo.)

AW: Pearson's giving the belt back to Prentice! He wins!!

CF: But Pearson didn't officiate this match! What the hell is going on?!

(The two officials argue with each other about who won the match. Prentice and The Punisher become involved and a heated discussion ensues.)

CF: Unfortunately, we're running out of time here at Heatwave and we're still to determine a clear winner in our main event. We hope to bring you some sort of decision very soon but for Adam Wheeler, I'm Chris Freeman wishing you all a very good night!

AW: Who is the champion???

(The show closes with more referees coming out to try and separate Jason Prentice and The Punisher.)

Card rating: *** 1/2

Circuit information:
Confusion reigns at the Wembley Arena as Heatwave drew to a close under very controversial circumstances. Despite viewing countless replays of the finish, Hammerlock officials couldn't decide on a clear winner and the bout was declared a draw. It is unclear what will happen to the NWA-UK Hammerlock Heavyweight Title now. Apparently the possibility of the championship being held up is a very real one. Both The Punisher and Jason Prentice are extremely dissatisfied to say the least. We'll bring you more on this situation next week on television.

Byson was taken to a local medical facility after being choked out with a chain by Steve Bailey. Bailey will be severely reprimanded for his actions tonight, but in such a dangerous environment something like this was bound to happen. Word is that Byson will address Steve Bailey next week.

Another night, another successful title defence for Television Champion Bryan Campbell. Campbell was backstage after the show putting himself over as usual and claiming that he'd beaten everyone in Hammerlock. The Blue Chipper was demanding Hammerlock officials for stronger competition. Campbell even threatened to look outside the company for tougher challengers to his title.

La Cosa Nostra contentiously retained their Tag Team Titles by taking out Kyle Coulbourne with a ladder. No serious damage was fortunately done to Coulbourne's ankle. A rematch between these two talented teams is likely to be signed very soon, as Alvarez and Coulbourne deserve a fair crack at the championship after their recent outings.

M.J. has just become public enemy number one as far as Matt Sizemore is concerned. Sizemore felt the brunt of M.J.'s recent frustration, who is determined to be successful in Hammerlock. Sizemore required more stitches in his head as a result of M.J.'s attack and is hellbent on making the fitness instructor pay for his actions.

Big wins this evening for Ben Winter and Devon Ferrari, which haven't gone unnoticed by Hammerlock management. After their performances tonight they are likely to be rewarded with title opportunities in the near future.

We hope that you'll join us this week on Hammerlock TV for all the fallout from Heatwave!! Till then, so long everybody!!
