You may be a little confused by some of the spelling. Most of it is due to the plays being recorded in local dialect. However, some of it may be my scanner and others due to me being dyslexic. If you see any iffy spelling (English not American please) let me know and I'll add some corrections.
If you have any examples of Mummer plays you think should be added to this collection please send me a copy ether by e-mail or post and I will add it to the list. Please provide as much information about the play as you can. Also if you have any pictures of Mummers being performed, song that are sung or even dance steps that have been written down, I would like to use them.
Use the post box to e-mail me any comments or plays:-
