Holywell's only water supply (Photo: Scotcher) Dilwyn Lloyd says: "This character was called 'Blind Joey' and indeed he was the principal supplier of water. The remnants of Rofft Top well can still be seen at crossroads Holywell where the group of gentlemen in the other picture are standing."
