Hello again, I've been neglecting the site again recently..sorry !
I am feeling very good for a while now. I have been doing lots of exercise and have really cleaned up my diet. I have cut out most caffeine and am eating lots more fruit & vegetables. I have cut out sugar from (caffeine free) tean & sugar and have cut out the chocolate. I am starting to think that diet is a major factor in affecting my anxiety and stress levels ! I feel really good and haven't had any anxiety symptoms for at least a month now.

Hi,i have just read your story thanks. If i didnt know better
i would have said it was me who wrote that of my life & condition!I
seem to be in exactly the same position as you at the moment. im up so
early because i have suffered palpitations & missed heart beats through
out the night which have lead me to be almost convinced i have heart disease
& i am going to die. i constantly check my pulse & count my beats
per minute same as yourself & i read up on palpitations but am only
ever temporarily reasured its nothing more than anxiety. i too am fed up
of panic attacks,feeling depressed & being constanty preoccupied with
morbid thoughts,that there is something seriously wrong with me. i really
hope to overcome this someday. thanks again for your story
