Happy Holidays ! Hope you are all having a good holiday break wherever you may be.

By and large, things are pretty good with me. I had some very busy times just before the holidays and started to get a bit stressed out about things, but I managed to keep the lid on my anxiety symptoms.

It's almost the start of a new year and am looking forward to a year which will hopefully be largely free of anxiety symptoms. I have found that my cocktail of : exercise, an improved diet, little alcohol and reduced caffeine levels keeps things running smoothly most of the time. When I do feel the dreaded symptoms start to kick in, I just use the 'total submission' technique that I discussed previously to stop the symptoms taking over.
