THE TEAM
The Bruisers 5-A-Side team is made up of employees from ARCO East Anglia. The team has been playing together in one form or another for over 8 years now. Initially it started as just a friendly knock about between work mates but over time a settled side emerged which would play regularly. Eventually money was begged from the company for an official football kit and the blue and black stripes gave the ARCO Bruisers their name. The team now plays regularly every Monday evening against local company teams and also takes part in any local tournaments. The ARCO team also staged their first tournament in 2001 with all proceeds going to charity. WHERE TO FIND US
We are based in Bury St.Edmunds in Suffolk (East Anglia).
ARCO itself can be found on the Moreton Hall Industrial Estate on the Eastern side of town. The team plays all its home matches on the astro turf pitches at the County Upper School ground - also in Bury St. Edmunds.
