Bob Reeves: Massage Therapist

Did you know that Bob Reeves is a fully qualified massage therapist after completing a diploma course at the London School of Sports Massage.

Massage has long been known as an effective treatment for muscle and skeletal problems - as children we've all had bumps and bruises 'rubbed better', so we can understand the good sense of developing ancient techniques to work alongside other modern means of keeping our bodies healthy, mobile and free from pain.

Sports massage therapy helps to alleviate the stress and tension which can build up in the body's soft tissues during physical activity. It also enhances the recuperative benefits of rest and relaxation which have a positive effect on both mind and body.

If you're interested in using Bob's service you can contact him on (01273) 385115 or by e-mail bobzred@hotmail.com.
