Ana lives in an old colonial house in Baracoa. She rents out two double rooms within her house. The rooms have there own shower and toilet. The enviroment is clean, friendly and safe.This is a great way to experience a little more of Cuba and some of it's people. It is also a good way to help the struggling local economy. Ana's passion is cooking and if you want to experience real Cuban cooking then Ana's is the place to do it. Expect to come away a few pounds heavier. Come and go as you please, Ana is very easy going and there are no pressures to conform to rotas or shedules. These are fitted around you. Ana charges $20 per day for 1 room with double bed, toilet & shower. Meals included. Expect to pay a minimum of $100 per night at the larger hotels, meals usually limited to breakfast.
