Wing Chun: is a Kung Fu style utilising speed and sensitivity to Defeat an opponent. It is ideal for those who want to learn a martial art but are unwilling or unable to develop the flexibility, fitness, or conditioning that are an essential part of so many other martial arts.
Weapons: training in a variety of weapons including sticks

Kickboxing: training for and including sparring; using training aids
such as punchbags, focus mitts, and speedball where more emphasis
is placed on flexibility and fitness - often training with a view to
competitions. Also excellent aerobic exercise.
Chi Gung; (including Tai Chi) literally breath and movement; low
impact low stress techniques to improve health and constitution
(also internal strength).
