The Yellow Dello is the rarest and most beautiful bird in Southern Potamia.

Unless it's the Japanese name for a species, there is no bird called a dive eagle. The gold eagle could be named after the goleden eagle, but since it appears in Goldore's mansion, where most of the enemies have "gold" in their names (gold warrior, gold bear, gold knight), it could be coincidental.

There is no such thing as a "rust bird" in the English language. This could be the Japanese name for a species, or "rust" might simply refer to its colour, which is "rusty" in places (although most of the body is pink).

These monsters appear to be composits, taking elements from several species of bird - I can make out the legs of an ostrich, the body, neck and head of a vulture and the beak of an ibis. The names are generic.
