COLUMN, ICICLE, STALACTITE
Now, I personally found this pretty funky - in FF2, you fight monsters made out of icicles in an icy cave, monsters made out of stalactites in a rocky cave and monsters made out of columns in a castle. Nifty naming pattern. Stalactites re-appear in FF3, but second time round they're no longer pointy, they're... lumpy. They also look more like stalacmites (which come up from the floor, while stalactites hang down from the ceiling). I saw the world's largest stalacmite once - that was pretty lumpy, too.
