Welcome to the Alcester Victoria Silver Band
(AVSB) website.

AVSB is one of the oldest established brass bands in the country, and is justly proud of it's history, and its involvement in the fabric of rural life in Alcester, a traditional and historic market town, located a few miles north of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England.
The Band is very much a ‘family’ and attracts upwards of forty players to major rehearsals and concerts. Alongside the main band, AVSB is also lucky to have a flourishing training band, bringing on young and less experienced players to swell the ranks. The training band regularly performs both in it’s own right, and as part of main band performances.
