All negative material - prints etc:, taken by the photographer, will remain the outright copyright of the photographer, unless the subject/customer/model/agent has an express contract with the photographer indicating that all negative, prints etc: are to be owned ( after suitable payment ) by the said customer!
Where the prospective model is under 18 years of age, they must have the full backing and express written permission of their parents or guardian(s) to become affiliated to Banana Glamour and it's website services. We will NOT accept any female under 18 years of age for glamour work, as they are classed as minors and subject to the current ' Child Protection Laws '! However, if they have already worked as a glamour model and they have the the written permission of parents/guardians, we may make exceptions, but any photographs taken by ourselves or clients, will have NO sexual or perceived sexual connotations whatsoever! They will be restricted to suitable poses and attire within keeping for their age! We prefer that they are accompanied by a ' suitable adult ' at all times when being photographed in relation to Banana Glamour.
Models over 18 years of age. We do not encourage models to take part in shoots with any photographers/customers who request ' a UK Magazine, American Magazine, Continental, Videos etc: style of shoot! Obviously, it is at the discretion of the model themselves, but we personally prefer the shoots to be of a respectable nature and, we reserve the right to remove any model's profile from our register, whom we think may bring our service into disrepute!
Any model under the age of 16 years of age will only be allowed to be photographed facially, or in full length for fashion or for advertising and must be accompanied by a suitable adult at ALL times!
Models between the ages of 16 but under 18, must have written permission from a parent or guardian and must take a suitable adult with them to any venue/studio/location where they are to undertake modelling work as a direct result of our service!
We will endeavour to check thoroughly, the authenticity of any client who enquires to book a model for photographic/advertising/ promotion as direct result of our advertising!
We cannot be held responsible for any bookings/contracts made as a result of direct contact by the model with any agency/photographer/client who has made contact with the model resulting from the model's profile being advertised by us!
Any contract signed by a model/client/ourselves, must be honoured!
