Penmaenmawr Pheonix 0 - 2 Bangor City

Clayton Blackmore's first half effort and Marc Connolly's 70th minute goal ensured City's name will be in the hat for the draw for the 2rd round of the Welsh Cup. Playing with the strong wind in the first half, City could only manage Blackmore's 12 minute left footed curler despite dominating the first half. Pen went close several times in the second half with the wind behind their backs, but Marc Connolly's 6 yard finish from a 70th minute corner meant that City progressed to the next round.
