Match Report (Daily Post):
Bangor kept up the early pressure on the Welsh Premier leaders as two goals from skipper Paul Roberts carved a comfortable success over 10-man Druids.
Despite the early loss of striker Frank Mottram with a twisted ankle, the visitors made their height advantage count in the 13th minute when Owain Tudur Jones headed in Mark Connolly's right-wing cross.
Roberts doubled the lead 10 minutes later when he drilled home a 15-yard second despite strong claims for offside.
Druids struggled to get a foothold in the game and rarely tested debutant keeper Richard Acton, although Mike Thompson volleyed one effort narrowly wide.
And their hopes of a revival faded on the stroke of half time when player boss Alan Morgan was red-carded for a challenge on Tudur Jones.
Bangor tightened their grip with two further goals in the second half. Clayton Blackmore curled home a neat third from the right on 68 minutes after leaving two defenders grounded, before Roberts completed the scoring with a low drive from just inside the box five minutes later.
Substitute Les Davies had chances to make the scoreline more emphatic as Bangor's one-man advantage became increasingly evident.
