Basil Lansdale ("Tio Basilio") has owned homes in the Silves area since 1979. He has modified, developed and built houses for sale and has a good knowledge of trusted and "value for money" tradesmen and artisans in the area. He has also advised BBC TV on making part of a day-time series for UK television. He is able to arrange business continuity services where a key employee/ owner is unable to be present (i.e. holidays, sickness etc.). He can find you a home, building plot or business to buy in the Algarve. Finally through his experience he can recommend accountants, lawyers, architects etc. who are proficient in a number of languages. |
