Mrs. Fernanda Santos and her two sons run a small and specialised estate agency business in Silves and Portimao called Servesul. Whilst primarily aimed at the Portuguese domestic market all three members of the Santos family speak some English. They are a long established Silves family and are the first "port of call" for locals who want to sell flats, townhouses, smallholdings etc. They also have a large portfolio of flats for sale in the Portimao area. Their web page is somewht idiosyncratic - the important thing to know is that T1 is one bedroom, T2 - two bedrooms etc. - in most cases. The family are honest and hardworking and their attention to detail with the inevitable paperwork is first class.
