Idea of the story: The Bold and the Beautiful as normal, average people (of course, with some humor added, they are never going to be normal). Lots of fun and crazy things happening in a not so glamorous setting... Of course, there are some things that are just never going to change…

Episode 1

-Hello Ridge. How was your workday, darling?
-It was just fine. Now, I'm tired. Is the dinner ready?
-Yes, I suppose it is.
-You suppose?
-Yes, I wasn't quite sure how to make some food, because we just recently became average people and I haven't yet learned all about cooking.
-Oh, I understand. Where are the kids?
-They are outside, Thomas is playing with his little toy car and Brooke is sleeping.
Ridge eats and lays down on the sofa at the front of the TV. He takes the remote control from the table and starts channel surfing. Taylor sighs.

Brooke is just coming home from the work. He goes to pick up Rick and Bridget from the school gate.
-Hi, mom. You look tired, says Rick.
-I am tired. I had such a hard day. Oh, we have to stop by at the mall on our way home.
-What's for dinner today, mom?
-We'll see about that. Maybe pizza.
-Sounds yummy, Rick and Bridget say together.

Stephanie is in her car, on her way to the store to buy something for dinner. Afterwards, she's planning to visit her son and Taylor. At the store, she meets Brooke and her children:
-Good afternoon, Mrs. Forrester, says Rick.
-Mrhh… Hello. What are you doing in here? Stephanie inquires Brooke and gives her those evil looks, which she's famous of.
-The same as you, of course. Shopping some food, Brooke replies politely.
-Don't try to play polite, please. You know I hate you.
-Look, Stephanie, I'm busy. I still have to make dinner and clean the house today. So would you excuse us?
-Make dinner? Stephanie looks at the pizzas in Brooke's shopping trolley. Ha-ha-ha, Stephanie laughs. You can't even make better dinner than pizza!
-That's enough, Stephanie. Children, let's go.

Stephanie watches them leave. -Too bad. I would have loved a little fight right here and now. She pays her shopping and jumps to her car, and drives to Ridge's house.
-Stephanie, hello! Nice to see you! How are you today? Says Taylor as she opens the door.
-Well, I could be better.
Ridge gets up from the sofa, says in a bored voice:
-What's wrong now, mother?
-Well, I ran into Brooke and her family in the mall, and that's enough to make me angry.
-Oh, I see… sighs Ridge. He falls back to the sofa again. Thomas comes in crying, his clothes are sandy and he has his little toy car in his hand.
-Daddy, daddy, my car! Look!
Ridge has to get up again. He takes the car from Thomas.
-Oh, it's broken. Don't worry, daddy will fix it tomorrow.
-Why not today? cries Thomas.
-Because daddy wants to watch the Simpsons...
-Ridgeee... shouts Taylor.
-Okay okay, replies Ridge and starts to fix the car.
Taylor goes and gets little Brooke inside too. She is in her baby carriage.
-It was such a beautiful day, that I decided to let little Brooke sleep outside.
-Do you think that's a good idea? Won't she get too much sunshine? asks Stephanie. Taylor and Stephanie start talking about child care.

Brooke is already home with her children. She puts the pizzas in the oven and meanwhile she takes the vacuum cleaner and starts cleaning. She tells her children to go and clean their rooms. After cleaning, they all sit on the sofa together and eat and watch some soap operas.

Eric is coming home from his boutique by subway. He is exhausted. He gets off at the subway station near Brooke's house and decides to visit Brooke and their children. He knocks at the door. There's no answer. He tries the door handle. The door is unlocked. He goes inside. There's no one in there.
-Brooke, are you here? Brooke!
No answer.
-Brooke, you should lock the doors when you leave the house! Eric is starting to get worried. He looks around. No sight of anyone. Eric gets really nervous. Where could they be? What happened? What is this? Eric sweats. Brooke comes down the stairs.
-Brooke! There you are! I was starting to get worried!
-Worried? Why?
-Because the door wasn't locked and no one here…
-Eric, for goodness sake, relax! I was in the bathroom, the kids are outside.
-Oh… Eric sighs, he's relieved. I've probably just had too much of soap operas.
-Yeah, I think that's the case. Now go home, and have some rest, you look exhausted.
-I'd like to see the children first.
Rick and Bridget come from outside.
-Hey, you two! How are you doing? Eric hugs them both. -Whoa, good to see you two. But I'm so tired…
Eric sits on the sofa. He talks with the kids. Brooke goes to the kitchen, to wash the dishes. Later, when she gets back to living room, the children are watching TV and Eric has fallen asleep on the sofa…

Episode 2
-Good morning, Ridge my love, says Taylor and kisses him.
-Oh, Taylor! Says Ridge. They start kissing insanely. Ridge throws his shorts on the ground.
Thomas walks in the room, his little feet tapping on the ground, mommy and daddy hear it and quickly get up to looking like they are just happily in bed in I-just-woke-up-mood.
-Morning mommy and daddy! Shouts little Thomas. -Daddy, why your shorts are here?
-Shh, you will wake Brooke up! Hisses Taylor. Little Brooke starts crying.
-Oh, darling, what's wrong? Don't cry, mommy will make everything better.  Do you need changing? Are you hungry my little sweetie? Mommy will make everything all right, because mommy is just so good at it, you know mommy is perfect.

Saturday morning; waking up in Brooke's house. Eric wakes up on the sofa, when she hears Brooke in the kitchen cooking breakfast, making coffee, sandwiches and salad, taking the chocolate cereals from the cupboard and orange juice from the fridge.
-Oh, good morning Brooke. I'm sorry I'm still here, but was just too tired to wake up and go home, says Eric.
-Oh, it's all right, you looked so exhausted that I decided to let you sleep in there. Now we can have a lovely Saturday morning family breakfast all together, you, me and the kids.
Brooke goes and wakes up the children. They all sit down at the kitchen table. -Who wants some orange juice? -Would you like to have another cup of coffee? -Will you pass me the butter, please?

Stephanie is waking up in her little house.
-Oh what a morning…. She says as she stretches her arms and quickly gets up. She goes to see if anything has come in the mail, there was, actually, the usual morning paper and some advertisement leaflets. The sun is shining outside, the weather is bright and clear. Stephanie stands at the front door with the morning paper in her hand, looking out to the rising sun and morning glory.
-A new day has just began… a day full of excitement, interesting things to do, interesting challenges, interesting fights and a lot of sticking my nose into others business. I think I could start my day with carrot juice now and then go jogging.

Meanwhile, Taylor is in the kitchen packing a picnic basket with some nice picnic food, sandwiches, lemonade, chocolate, pancakes et cetera and of course a little cutie bottle of wine. Ridge comes from the nursery with the children, carrying Brooke who is dressed in a cute little dress and has a hat and sunglasses on, and holding Thomas's hand, Thomas, who is dressed up in swimming trunks and has his little yellow toy duck and swimming ring with him.
-Okay, off to the beeaach! Exclaims Ridge as he rushes with the kids out of the door. Taylor comes after them with the picnic basket. She, of course is in her witty little show-it-all bikinis. The happy family leads to the beach, finding a place in the sun. They set their things down to the sand. Thomas starts to build a sandcastle. Ridge lays Brooke down and puts suntan oil on Taylor's back. Taylor gives him a big happy smile.

Meanwhile, Thorne is on a walk on the beach. He has bare feet, he's walking between the sea and the sand, his footsteps left to the wave wet sand will soon disappear as the water flows by. He is without his shirt and wearing shorts. As he notices the Forrester family, he stops by to say hello.
-Hello, he says.
-But hello, Thorne! Says Ridge in big-brother-type of a way. 'On a Saturday morning relaxing walk huh?
-Yeah! Having fun… I see you are on a picnic with the children.
-Yes we aa-are! Says Ridge. 'We're really having a super Saturday, right Taylor my love?
-Yes, Ridge, says Taylor as she turns around so that her back will get some sun too.

Meanwhile, Eric has already arrived to work to get some paperwork done, running his little business is difficult and every day is a struggle to reach for the better days, for bigger money and wealth. Eric sighs. He takes a pencil, and leaning towards the table, he starts working.

After a little while of chitchat with Taylor and Ridge, Thorne walks on again. He comes to the lonely side of the beach. Suddenly, he gets sight of a woman who looks lonely. She is sitting her face to the sea, arms around her legs. She has tears in her eyes. Thorne walks closer.
-Hey, is there something wrong with you, miss? Asks Thorne.
-No, says the lady, wiping a tear from the corner of her eye.
-You were crying, weren't you? , asks Thorne as he sits down on the beach next to the woman.
-Nothing's wrong, I just…
-You just what? Look, I don't want to be nosy but I see a woman in trouble and I do want to help. Don't you think it would be better to talk about it with someone?
Lady remains silent. She sighs, remains silent for a while. Then, out of the blue she starts to speak.
-It's my husband. I just remember how we used to sit here on the beach together and watch the sunrise, sunset. We just sat here and there was no need to say a word. We could just look at each others eyes and we knew everything that needed to be said.' She paused.
-So what happened to him then?
-He's dead. He died of… cancer. The lady starts crying. Thorne hands her a tissue. He puts her hand carefully on her shoulder.
-I'm sorry to hear that, he says. But, you know, life has its ways. Sometimes it might be difficult and hard to understand, but you had a wonderful life together as long as it lasted and you can always remember it and cherish it as the most beautiful time in your life. But sometimes, there's also time to go on.
-Oh, shut up! Shouts the woman. Just be rational and say things as they are. Stop those clichés now. This is NOT a soap opera, you know.
-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, but sometimes it's just difficult, you know, I used to be a character in a soap opera before, even the same kind of character, only with more soapy living conditions.
-Oh, you too? Am not the only one then, says the woman. I'm Macy, who are you?
-Nice to meet you Macy, my name is Thorne. Were you in the Bold and the Beautiful too? And what is this show called? Oh, of course, the Boring and the Ridiculous!

Episode 3

It's a normal Monday morning at Brooke's place. The kitchen is a mess. Rick is in his room trying to find his school books. Bridget is in the hall, her outdoor clothes all around, shouting:
-I don't want to go to school mommy! I want to stay home with you!
-Oh darling, you just have to. You see, mommy's got work to do. I'm a single mother and I have to make money to feed you and your brother. Brooke stops speaking for a second. Okay, there's no need to complain about that to your children, she thinks to herself, and continues. School is fun. You can play with your friends and you'll get to learn lots of new, interesting things. Besides, you just can't stay out of school. It's a compulsory thing.
-But it's boring, says Bridget.
-Now, jump into your shoes and go wait outside. No buts, Brooke orders. Rick! She shouts. Time to leave for school! Hurry up!
-But I can't find my math book!
-If you'd just learn to keep your books straight in one place all in order… Brooke sighs and goes up to Rick's room.
In the last minute they rush to the car and Brooke drops the kids off at the school gate. She then drives to the office to start a new workday with her boss.
At her workplace, she is greeted by a quick hello from her busy colleagues. They turn back to the work they just started with, busy morning yet again at Pierce's Magic Treatments Inc. Brooke goes to her boss.
-Good morning, Mister Peterson, says Brooke and puts her official smile on her face.
-Well good morning, Mrs. Forrester! Isn't it a nice day today! Yet another interesting day filled with lovely therapy techniques!
-Miss, if I may ask. It's been ages since I was married anyways, says Brooke, and smiles. So, what do you have for me today?
-Just some typing at first, you know, it has to be done. Later on, I want you to come with me to a business dinner.
-All right, says Brooke and sighs.

Meanwhile, at school yard children are playing happily together. The bell rings and calls all the enthusiastic pupils inside. Children wander to the class. A young, overeager woman, wearing a yellow two piece costume and high heeled shoes enters the class. She changes her glasses' position and puts a strict, yet friendly expression on her face.
-Good morning, children.
-Good morning, Mrs. Jones!  The class replies. Kids get their math books from their bags and try to sit silent while the teacher is guiding them to the amazing world of fractions.
A whispering voice can be heard.
-Hey, Jennifer, [giggle], isn't Rick a cutie?
-Nah, I think Jeff is cuter.
-Oh, you bitch!
-Amber!!!
-Yes, Mrs. Jones?
-Be quiet in the class! You still haven't learned that, have you?
-Yes Mrs. Jones. I haven't done anything wrong, says Amber and smiles.

Taylor is at home with her children. She dresses them up, feeds and cleans, washes and runs around, doing all kinds of motherly stuff.  The phone rings. Taylor picks it up.
-Hello Taylor, how's your day going? Asks Stephanie's overexcited voice from the another end of the phone line.
-Hi Stephanie, look, I'm busy right now.
-Oh, I understand if you don't have time for your best friend. Good bye!
Stephanie hangs up on her.
Taylor doesn't have time to worry about Stephanie as little Brooke starts to cry just then. She goes to pick her up and sings to the little baby, until she is peaceful. Taylor dresses her in outdoor clothes and does the same for Thomas, then puts Brooke in the baby carriage and goes out for a little walk with them. They walk slowly along the boulevard, birds are singing and they are happy.

Episode 4

Eric's in his office, at the back of his little boutique. He looks puzzled. There are a lot of papers on the desk, contracts, calculations, sales figures. Eric goes through them again and again. He takes a calculator and checks the sums once again. He makes a few phone calls. He sits at the front of his desk. He sits. And suddenly it hits him like a bomb. It's obvious, it's inevitable. There's nothing he can do about it. He can just sit back and watch everything fall apart.
A woman comes in. She has some papers in her hands, but she stops and looks at Eric.
-Mr. Forrester, are you all right? Mr. Forrester? What's happening?
Eric lifts his head.
-A bankrupt. A bankrupt is happening. It's unavoidable. There's nothing we can do about it. I'm losing everything, everything I had. My whole world is going down, everything I've built is suddenly crashing down to the ground.
-Oh, Mr. Forrester, I'm so sorry. I know how much this boutique means to you.
-Will you tell our other employees? Take care of everything? I feel just so tired…
-Yes, sure Mr. Forrester, I'll do everything I can.  The woman goes to the door.
-June! Shouts Eric as he watches her leaving.
-Yes, Mr. Forrester?
-You can call me Eric, he says.

Eric is sitting at his desk. He rests his head on his hands. He sighs. He sighs again. He takes some of the papers from the desk and goes to the window. He opens it. He tears the papers in two and starts dropping the pieces down on the street, from the third floor window in a large skyscraper at the center of the busy Los Angeles city. A cop stops by below Eric's window. He looks up to Eric and shouts, trying to imitate the New York tough cop attitude:
-Hey you! If you don't stop throwing rubbish on the streets I have to fine you!
-Oh, you're talking all rubbish! Shouts Eric. -My whole world is falling apart, I'm losing everything I had and you are telling me not to throw rubbish on the streets!
The cop rolls his eyes. -Crazy man, he mutters and goes away.

Eric goes back to his desk. The phone rings. He picks it up. He hangs up. The phone rings. He lets it ring.

Some days have passed after the day Thorne went on a walk to the beach. But he is still there. He is sitting near the sea on the sand with Macy by her side, both of them, Thorne and Macy, Macy and Thorne, together, watching the sunrise sunset again and again.
-… and that was my life story.
-See, we both have made it this far.  Here, your life story, this long and there were many happy moments.  A good life, in particular. This is not the end of the world.
-Oh yes it is, you don't understand. This world is ending today and you are just sitting there!
-I'm sorry, I didn't realize! As I think about it I can see very clearly it's near… Let's go away. Let's run! We never felt we like belonged to this story anyway! Shouts Thorne all of a sudden.
Macy looks at him. She just looks at him.
-Have you ever truly been running? Asks Thorne when Macy doesn't say anything.
-Of course, everyone has.
-No, I'm pretty sure you haven't. Come with me, let me teach you to run.
And as the sun goes down once again, they run. And run, never to be seen again.

Meanwhile, Brooke is at home sitting next to the phone. She sighs and tries once again calling Eric.
-He's never there when needed… well, it can wait.
-No, Mommy, it can't wait! Says Rick when he comes down the stairs and hears her Mom saying this.
-I want to start planning my birthday party now! Rick shouts.
-Listen, honey, your birthday's still a few days ahead. Daddy has so many important things to do, we can't bother him with this if he's too busy to even answer the phone. I can start planning your party and we call Dad later.
-No, I want you to call him now!
-Rick, darling, why is that so important to you? He probably can't plan the party with us anyway. Of course he'll come, but we can invite him later.
-Njaah. I was just hoping to talk to Daddy. He hasn't visited us for a long time.
The doorbell rings.
-Oh, who's there now? Coming! Shouts Brooke as she goes to the door.
It's Ridge, with little baby Brooke on his arms.
-Hello, Ridge, what are you up to? Asks Brooke.
-Hi, little Brooke and I just wanted to come and say hello to godmother Brooke.
-Well, hello little sweetie! Can I hold her? Asks Brooke while she smiles at little Brooke.
Ridge gives baby to Brooke and they go to the living room.
-It's a bit of messy around here, says Brooke apologetically.
-Doesn't matter, says Ridge. It doesn't look too good in our house either.
-What, are you criticizing your wife?
-Um, no, I'm not, says Ridge. I was just trying to make you feel more comfortable with your messy home.
-Humph, says Brooke. She dandles the baby on her knee and smiles. Ridge tells her about the baby's life recently.
-Oh, you even went swimming, sweetheart! Did you have fun, did you? Brooke coos.

Episode 5
After Brooke has offered Ridge some coffee, and he has gently refused, Ridge says
-I guess it's time to leave. Taylor will come home soon with Thomas from the kindergarten first day parent's meeting...
-Oh, is Thomas really going to kindergarten already?
-It's not school in any form, it's just playschool, Taylor just wants to find him a place to meet other children his age.
-Oh, I see, anyway I guess then you'd better go. Bye.
-Bye Ridge! Says Rick, who is suddenly standing there. Will you come to my birthday party?
-Oh, you're having a party? I'd love to come, let's see what your Mummy has to say about it.
-Sure, come by any means, it's Rick's party, and he invited you. And bring your whole family, Or maybe you could leave Ta... I mean, welcome. I'll send you an e-mail about the details later.
Ridge thanks her and leaves, with little baby Brooke on his arms.

Eric is sitting on the top of a small mountain. The silence of the nature is all around him, it has bound its cold tight hands around him. An eagle flies high above, it shrieks. Eric sits silent and respects the powerful nature around him.

Ridge comes home. Taylor is already there.
-Where have you been? Taylor asks angrily the first thing he comes through the door. You had the baby with you and I was already worried! You should have left me a note you were going out!
-Little Brooke and I went to see Godmother Brooke.
-Ridge! I told you not to go see that slutty woman. She's a bad influence for our daughter!
-Taylor! She's not slutty. You just hate her because she's my ex.
-Yes, yes, that's true, I hate her, but the feeling is mutual!
- Brooke is her godmother and she has the right to see her. Besides little Brooke likes her.
- I didn't want her to be MY daughter's godmother. It was your idea, and your ideas are bad! Taylor exclaims, a mad look on her face. -However, she says. -It's dinnertime. We are having potatoes with gravy and apple pie for dessert.
-Sounds great, says Ridge.
Ridge and Taylor get the kids and sit to the dinner table. As they are eating, there's a loud knock on the door. Ridge and Taylor look at each other, they pucker up their brows and smile weirdly. Ridge goes to the door. It's Stephanie.
-Hello, Mum. We are eating dinner right now, Ridge says with that can't-you-see-we're-busy -look on his face.
-Where's Taylor? I need to talk to Taylor, says Stephanie ignoring Ridge's desperate attempts to make her leave.
Wow, must be urgent. She looks angry. Better get off her way, thinks Ridge.
Stephanie goes to the dinner table where Taylor is eating and feeding little Brooke and trying to keep Thomas from throwing all his gravy to the walls.
- Hi, Stephanie, what are you up to?
- You ignored me the other day. You told me you were busy. Well I'm not going to tolerate that kind of behavior. When I take some time off my busy life to make a phone call to a friend, I demand some respect and worshipping, Stephanie rants. She slips her hand into her pocket. She draws her hand to the air with a pompous move.
- I've got a little present for you. Stephanie hands a little packet to Taylor. Open it, she orders.
Taylor is just sitting there with her mouth wide open, as she has been doing the whole time, not being able to say a word. Ridge is still standing at the door, leaning his hand to the door. As Stephanie hands the packet to Taylor, Ridge grabs the door tighter. He puts his hand on where his heart is supposed to be.
Taylor turns the packet in her hands. She has her eyes on the packet.
-Look at me, says Stephanie's voice loud and clear. Taylor is still looking at the packet.
- Open it. Now. Says Stephanie.
Taylor slightly moves her hand to remove the string around the packet. Ridge is beside her in a second, shouting:
-Don't open it! It's a bomb!
Stephanie and Taylor both turn her heads to Ridge and look at him with their mouths open, the equal amount of three inches, both.
- I know what you're up to, Stephanie! Don't you try anything or I'll call the cops!
Stephanie and Taylor still look surprised but now also a bit amused. Taylor removes the string around the packet. She removes the cover with one quick move. Ridge holds his breath.
- A hammer? asks Taylor, looking at Stephanie, puzzled.
- Yes. Hit yourself everytime you forget to worship Queen Stephanie. Now I must run. Stephanie runs out of the door.
Ridge walks out of the door and watches as her mother runs on the streets of LA, as her blue back disappears. Ridge goes to the sofa, laying himself down and turning the television on. Taylor continues to feed little Brooke.
- Taylor, remember, this incident never happened.
Taylor gets up and moves towards the sofa. She slowly and carefully hits Ridge with the little hammer.
-Your mother has a weird sense of humor, she says.
-Ouch, says Ridge.

Episode 6

It's Tuesday and there's a terrible mess at Brooke's. Rick and Bridget are running around and putting balloons and such hanging in the weirdest places. They are trying to decorate the house. Brooke is in the kitchen trying to bake a birthday cake.
-Geez! This is bad, says Brooke as she looks at the cake.
-It does look a bit funny, says Rick as he comes to the room.
-A bit? It's terrible! It's awful! It's a mess, and any other bad adjectives you can think of!
-They haven't taught us adjectives at school yet, says Rick.
-Whatever! Shouts Brooke. She throws the mixer on the floor. She looks mad.
-Mum, says Rick, demand and surprise in his voice.
Brooke sighs. She goes to the phone and calls the cake shop. They promise a delivery in half an hour. Brooke goes to the living room.
-Children, she says loudly, and something in her voice tells Rick and Bridget they'd better come and quickly.
-What is this mess? I told you to decorate the house, didn't I?
-No, Mum, you told us to put the balloons somewhere, says Rick.
Brooke looks at him.
-I want it that way, Mum.
-Okay, it's your birthday, if that's the awful way you want to decorate the house, then sure, keep your decorations, by any means. It's none of my business then, says Brooke as she goes back to the kitchen.
The doorbell rings.
-Oh my God, is it really that late? Brooke panics. She runs upstairs to change her clothes, hoping it would be Ridge behind the door.
-Rick, open the door! It's your party, be a nice host now!
Rick opens the door. It's Stephanie.
-Hello, Stephanie, says Rick, looking a little suspected. Brooke comes downstairs.
-Wow, Mum, you got yourself changed from those horrible jeans really quickly, says Bridget. Brooke glances at her angrily. Then she sees Stephanie.
-What are you doing here, Stephanie? Brooke asks coldly.
-I came to celebrate Rick's birthday, of course, says Stephanie sweetly.
-I don't think I invited her... Rick, did you invite her? Brooke asks. She's angry.
-No, Mum, but…
-Uh, I'm sorry, says Brooke then. Come on in, Stephanie, go and sit on the sofa and enjoy Rick and Bridget's lovely decorations, Brooke explains quickly, trying to get some respect and sweetness to her voice. Brooke runs back upstairs. She still has her make up to finish and hair to do. -Thank God it wasn't Ridge!
-Well, don't you have a lovely living room! says Stephanie, looking at the decorations scornfully.
-I told you, I didn't decorate it! shouts Brooke from upstairs.
-I didn't say I thought so, says Stephanie.
-Humph! exclaims Brooke.
-Oh, Rick, I brought you a little present too. Here, open it.
Rick takes the packet. He opens it.
-A hammer???
-Yes, I bought one for Taylor the other day, and it was a special offer, two at the price of one, Stephanie proudly explains.
-Uh, thank you Stephanie... says Rick.
The doorbell rings again. Brooke comes running down the stairs and goes to open it. It's the cake delivery.
-Whoops, says Brooke. She grabs the cake from the deliver boy and hands him some money, then shuts the door and runs to the kitchen holding the cake.
-No need to hide it, Brooke, I saw it! It's a cake! You had to order one! I knew you'd fail, laughs Stephanie.
-Shut up, says Brooke from the kitchen. The doorbell rings again. Rick goes to the door. Amber is there.
-Hello Rick, Happy Birthday! she shouts as she grabs Rick and hugs him. -Here's a little present for you! Amber smiles, her usual big smile. Amber comes in as Rick opens the present. There is chocolate, in a heart shaped box. The doorbell rings again. Rick opens it, it's Ridge with his family. Brooke comes to welcome them too, with a smile on her face.
-Hello Ridge. Hello to you too, Taylor-do-it yourself-woman, Brooke greets Taylor with a mocking smile.
-What? inquires Taylor.
-Happy Birthday Rick, says Ridge.
-She means the hammer, says Stephanie from the living room.
-Oh, mother, are you invited too, how nice!
-Of course I wasn't invited. I invited myself, says Stephanie.
Thomas can have the honor of giving Rick the Forrester family present. He gets a book.
Half an hour later all the guests have arrived. Rick, Amber, Kimberly, CJ and some other kids are playing in the living room. Stephanie, Ridge and Taylor sit in the living room and talk. Brooke joins them once in a while, but as soon as possible she excuses herself and goes to the kitchen. Nobody notices Eric isn't there. Nobody notices Brooke forgot to invite him. Nobody notices he hasn't been seen for a few days.

Eric stands on the edge of a  steep cliff. He looks up to the sky, the high and blue sky that opens above him. He looks down to the canyon, dangerous, enticing, unbelievably deep canyon. The river flows at the bottom. He looks back, the stunted trees and plants, the rocks. An animal runs by. Eric follows it with his eyes. He walks away from the edge, follows the path down to the valleys.

Meanwhile, at Brooke's the guests have gathered to the kitchen to enjoy the cake and sweets and cookies and snacks. As Rick takes the first piece of the cake, Stephanie kindly tells everyone:
-She didn't make it herself. She ordered the cake, I saw when they brought it.
-So? says Ridge. Taylor glares him. Amber laughs. Kimberly says:
-I think that's a good idea, so you didn't have to work too hard for the party. Brooke smiles at her.

Meanwhile, Sally is in her fancy office, doing some paperwork. Darla, her secretary, sits at her desk in the same room, her feet on the table, waving her hands in the air to try and dry the nail polish, and reading Cosmopolitan.
-Oh, Sally, can you believe this! she calls out once in a while. Finally Sally tells her to put the rubbish magazine down and start working.
-First of all, bring me my L.A. news. I didn't get it this morning to my desk. Then, you should go down to the designer's floor and take these papers there, then do this and that and what and go there and come back and ponder that and then and then and then... Sally starts babbling wildly, orders after orders.
-Sally, Sally, please slow down a bit, I can't keep up with my small brains. So how was it, first bring you this month's Cosmopolitan and...
-Oh, Darla, can't you at least try! Didn't I just call that rubbish magazine?
-Yes, but I forgot.
-Okay, now get me my usual paper and then come back here... Sally sighs. When Darla is gone, her husband steps in. He comes to Sally and kisses her passionately.
-Hello, my grande diva, how are you holding up today?
-Busy, busy, busy... says Sally. But I want you to come and take a look at these papers. Look, what do you think...
Darla comes back with the newspaper.
-Sally, Eric Forrester's little company has gone down! They have a little about it on the frontpage.
-Ah, Eric! Really? My old rival... well he was never a threat to me. I remember the high school times when we both had plans and dreams connected to fashion. He said he'd beat me. I beat him though, after all, he only got his little boutique and I have a whole fashion industry. Spectra's the leading name in the fashion world today. Surprising that he should get even a little space in such a big newspaper. Now, now, let me see...
Darla calmly waits until Sally is finished with her speech. She is used to it, Sally is talking all the time, the words are kind of flowing out of her mouth. Sally reads the little article about Eric Forrester's bankrupt.
-My, my,,, laments Sally. Poor Eric, this was his dream, fashion, maybe even more than it is to me. It was his life's work, but that was all he could come up with. Sad it had to end that way. Maybe I should pay him a visit...

Episode 7
Rick's birthday celebrators are still sitting around the table. Stephanie glances at Brooke and smiles. Ridge looks at her cautiously. He sees the look on his mother's face that indicates something is going to happen soon. Stephanie takes the cake server from the table. She slowly cuts herself a piece of the cake.
-Remember your waistline, Stephanie, says Taylor. Stephanie quickly turns to her, her eyes narrow.
-I'm just saying this as a friend, Stephanie, you're always telling me how... Stephanie winks at Taylor. Ridge smiles. Stephanie puts the piece of cake to the front of her on the table. Brooke tells Bridget to watch her new dress, - Don't spill coke on it darling.
Stephanie quickly turns around on her chair, grabs the piece of cake that's at the front of her and SPLASH. Brooke's face is covered with whipped cream and other cake ingredients.
-Mother! Bellows Ridge. Taylor looks at Stephanie with her mouth wide open. Then she looks at Brooke and starts laughing.
-Lovely! Let's play cake war! says Amber and stretches her hand towards the cake server.
-NO, says Ridge, in a voice that clearly says you better obey me or... Brooke breaths quickly, she's shocked. She is about to explode. She presses her lips tightly together and calmly and softly takes the cake server into her hands. She cuts a piece of the cake. Everyone, including Stephanie, stare at her, holding their breath, without moving. Brooke slowly, carefully raises her hand and moves it towards Stephanie's face, splashes the cake on her, rubs the cake...
-Brooke! bellows Ridge.
-Why didn't you do anything to stop that witch, Stephanie? We all knew she was going to do it! shouts Taylor. Stephanie doesn't answer. She gets up, goes to the door and goes out. Brooke goes upstairs to wash her face. Bridget goes to help her.
-That was really mean of auntie Stephanie. She shouldn't have done that, says Bridget, her little face frowning for her mother's humiliation.
-That was nothing. She can be so much meaner, says Brooke.

Sally is standing in the hallway at the door of Eric's little apartment. She rings the bell once again.
-Geez, Eric, open the door! says Sally. A neighbor walks by carrying groceries.
-Mister Forrester is not home, the neighbor says. He hasn't been home for a few days, I'm concerned, he usually tells me to water his plants if he goes away for a longer time.
-That's strange, says Sally. Where could he be? Sally says bye to the neighbor and walks out. She heads to Brooke's apartment.

Stephanie walks back in Brooke's house.
-Stephanie! I thought you left us for good... why did you have to come back to spoil the party for us? asks Brooke when she sees her.
- I wanted to continue celebrating Rick's birthday. As for what happened earlier around the cake, you were begging for it.
-Well, so were you! shouts Brooke.
-I know, says Stephanie calmly. You're probably wondering why didn't I throw the whole cake at you. That's because it would have been a shame to waste a good cake on YOU, she explains and laughs.... hehehe, evil giggle. Brooke stares at her in disgust.  Ridge comes between them.
-Hey, mother, you came back. Good. But please act civil now.
-Tell that to Brooke too, says Stephanie.
- You started it! It was all your fault, Brooke flies into a fury.
- You were begging for it, you deserved it, says Steph.
-Mother! says Ridge, for the millionth time. Brooke tosses her head, says humph and walks away to play with the children. Taylor grabs Stephanie's hand. They go sit on the sofa and laugh together at Brooke...
- She looked so funny with the cake on her!
-And did you see her expression after I'd done it?

-I've got an idea! Let's play home! says Amber.
-Home? asks Rick, puzzled.
-Yes! Let's pretend I'm mommy and you're daddy. I take care of the children at home and when you come home from work we kiss. Jennifer and Jeff can play the kids.
-What can I play? asks Kimberly.
-Hmm... says Amber. You can be our dog.
-Doggie? I don't wanna be a dog! Boohoo! Kimberly starts crying. Brooke comes to rescue.
-Kids, what's happening here?
-Amber wanted to play home, says Rick.
-I see, says Brooke. She hisses Kimberly, it's okay darling, please don't cry. Kimberly cries more.
-Okay daddy, says Amber. Let's pretend you come home from work now.
-Where do I work? How can I come home from work if I haven't gone to work yet? Rick inquires.
-We're just pretending, silly. Anyway, if you and I are married, you have to kiss me. Amber says and grins.
-NOOOOO!!!!! shouts Rick.

Episode 8  (this episode is in honor to a normal B&B'n style episode, where there is the same scene forever and the same issues are discussed forever)
Sally is standing behind Brooke's door. She listens to the strange noises she hears from inside. She can hear someone shouting no! and someone shouting bad words. She wonders if she should call the police. Then she thinks that knowing the Forresters, it could be anything and probably not worth calling Lieutenant Baker. She knocks on the door. Brooke goes to the door, shouting
-Who is it?
- It's Sally Spectra. Are you okay in there?
-Of course, Sally, why wouldn't we be? says Brooke and opens the door.
-I heard strange noise... oh you are having a party for children! So that explains everything! My oh my! babbles Sally. Stephanie comes to the door.
-Oh, the party is warming up! Now I have two enemies in the same room with me! says Stephanie with a lovable smile.
-Wow, what is this? And Stephanie, you have no reason to hate me... even though I hate you as much as you hate me.
- You know what's it all about. The old evening gown thingy.
-Brr, don't remind me. It was horrible but all your fault, says Sally. Stephanie is about the blow her face up as Brooke butts in.
-What are you two talking about? Sally, why don't you come on in? Is there a special reason for you to come by?
-Yes, exactly, absolutely, there was a reason. Stephanie, would you mind to stop staring at me with your evil eagle eyes so I can get my act together and my questions asked?
-What questions? asks Stephanie. You have some questions? You know everything, right, you don't need to ask...
-Stephanie.... says Brooke. Stephanie goes to Taylor.
-So, Brooke, is Eric here?
-No, he's... Brooke begins. He is.... not here. Oh my God where is he? He should be here! He doesn't even know about the party and this is for his son! Oh God. I need to call him.
-He's not home, says Sally. That's why I came here.
- Why were you looking for him in the first place? I understood you two don't talk to each other very much these days, because he's just a little boutique owner and you're the grand matron of a big fashion house?
Sally ignores Brooke's evil remark and says:
-Yes, yes, I heard the news and wanted to comfort him.
-News? What news? Brooke is worried.
-What is going on? Ridge comes to the two ladies. Taylor is soon there grabbing his arm.
-Ridge, don't go there! You promised you wouldn't let Brooke intrude in our marriage anymore! Don't go to her, it's a trap, she's planning something! Taylor whispers with a desperate tone. Ridge shakes her off himself.
-This has nothing to do with Brooke, he angrily hisses.
-Yes it has everything to do with her, you're going near her!
-Stop it, orders Ridge.  Taylor goes to Stephanie and cries on her shoulder.
-Sure you know what I'm talking about, says Sally then. The big news. Poor Eric must be feeling really lousy.
-Wait, wait, Sally, just exactly what are you talking about?? asks Ridge, he is worried.
-So you really don't know! What kind of a family are you, the Forresters?!! And Sally draws the little newspaper article from her wallet. Brooke and Ridge read it together.
-Look, Stephanie, she's trying to make a move on MY husband! exclaims Taylor. She is about to run to them as Stephanie, surprisingly, stops her.
- Oh My God, says Brooke. - I had no idea, he didn't tell me.
-Neither did he tell me! He should have told me, we could have supported him through the crisis. We had no idea something like this was about to happen, we thought everything was fine...
-Oh, Ridge, get real, you wouldn't have done anything. You Forresters are such a lousy family.
-Sally, would you please stop it! You said you came here because you were worried about Eric. You said he wasn't at home. And what else?
- No, he wasn't at home and the neighbor said no one has seen him around for a few days, that is exactly the same a few days his company has been down. I came to look for him here, thought he might be spending time with his supporting family, but I should have known he wasn't-
-Sally! shouts Ridge. Stop that. And why did you come to Brooke's anyway, you should have gone to my and Taylor's house, that's where he would go looking for support, or Stephanie's, not Brooke's, she's his ex-wife only.
-Riiidge, says Brooke. Eric and I are very good friends. I'm sure he would have come to me if he had come to anyone but obviously he didn't. And what use it would have been if Sally had gone over to your place looking for Eric while you were not at home but here? Come on, now, we need to find him.
-Mummy, what's going on? asks Bridget.
-Uh, nothing, nothing's going on, just go and play with your friends.
-They are not my friends, they are Rick's friends.
-Whatever, says Brooke and turns to Ridge.
-We need to think of where he could be,  she says. Stephanie and Taylor are suddenly there too.
-I'm sure it's Brooke's fault, whatever it is, says Stephanie.
-Mother! shouts Ridge. Stephanie surprisingly starts to cry and runs away like a kid who has just done something bad and is now getting a lecture from parents. Brooke laughs.
-Brooke! says Ridge.
-Yes, Ridge? Brooke asks.
-I know that voice! You're trying to seduce him, you disgusting little tr... shouts Taylor to that.
-Taylor! shouts Ridge.
-That sounds idiotic Ridge, says Sally. Stop shouting everyone's names like as if you were a teacher in a classroom full of behavioral problematic children.
-Sometimes I feel like that teacher.
-Come on, we need to find Eric! Think hard! Where could he be? asks Sally. She sighs.
-Okay, okay. I know now, he's on the mountains, states Sally and marches to the door.
-Sally, where are you going?
-I'm going to find Eric. It seems like you won't be able to find him before you have killed each other and I'm afraid it's going to take a long time for you to get to that point.
-I'm coming with you, says Brooke.
-Me too, says Ridge.
-And me, says Stephanie, who is suddenly back there.
-And me, says Taylor.
-Someone's gotta look after the kids. Taylor, you are the mother goose anyway, so you could as well do that. You are not as close to Eric as I am anyway, says Brooke.
-I am! Eric and I had an... shouts Taylor but slips her hand over her mouth. She goes over to the kids and asks them if they want her to read them a story. They don't want to hear a story. They want to play cowboys. Taylor can be the horse and the kids are cowboys and cowgirls. The adults walk out of the house and they all get to Sally's big, expensive car.
-Remember to clean your feet before you step in my car. Ridge, don't sit back, I don't want any mid-class dandruff on my car's upholstery.
-Phew, says Ridge. - Wait a minute. I washed my hair yesterday.
-Brooke! What trick are you trying to pull now? Look, everyone, she's sitting next to Ridge! shouts Stephanie. Brooke sighs and goes to sit on the front seat.
-Look! Now she's sitting at the front of Ridge! Probably wants to draw his attention to her beautiful dirty neck!
-MOTHER! shouts Ridge.  Sally sighs and starts the car. They drive off. It's suddenly quiet all around the car. After a few miles Brooke asks:
-Where are we going? Do you think you know where Eric is?
-Yes, I'm actually pretty certain I know where he is. We're driving up to the mountains.
-Mountains? Why would he be there? asks Ridge. He's probably at his office still trying to figure out if there's any way to start again. Eric is not a someone who gives up.
-Oh, you don't know anything. He's probably gone to see James. We Forresters always want some therapy after something like this happens, says Stephanie.
-Then again, we don't want therapy, when we really need it, when we are experiencing scizophrenia, having a post traumatic stress reaction or narcissus... says Brooke.
-Hahaha! laughs Stephanie. How stupid she is! There's not such a mental disorder! And don't say we, say you, you are not a Forrester. But I do agree with you on everything else you just said.
-Really? Finally we agree on something! But, I am a Forrester. I'm the mother of two Forrester kids! You're only an annoying mother of one and a bad mother of another. But seriously, I believe Eric has gone on vacation. He has some savings and probably thought he needed to take some time off after such a dramatic event, says Brooke.
-Shut up.... says Sally. I know where he is. Sally drives as Stephanie and Brooke call each other names. Ridge has fallen asleep. Sally stops the car on a small road under a big tree. They all get off the car and walk along just to come to the edge of a cliff.
-Is this were you are taking us? You think Eric would be HERE? Get real, Sally, says Stephanie. Sally remains silent and points down with her tall, perfectly nailpolished finger.
-Oh my God, says Brooke.
-Dad! shouts Ridge. How did you get down there?
-I walked, says Eric. He smiles. He looks happy, like as if he were just a whole new person, gone through a change. Sally stands, her hands on her hips, an I-was-right-expression on her face. Sally gets to her car and starts it. Brooke, Stephanie and Ridge run to the car and get in just as Sally drives down. They go to get Eric, make him sit on the back seat.
-Why did you come here? asks Ridge. How do you feel? Why didn't you come to talk to us? You must be feeling bad.
-Let's not talk about it, says Eric. I don't want to talk about it. He smiles. They go back to Brooke's. Taylor is there, with Rick and Bridget.
-The other kids were picked up by their mothers. I told them I stayed here to watch the kids while the mother who organised the party and other adults went down to a bar for a drink.
-Taylor! shouts Ridge.
-Didn't I tell you to stop that? asks Sally.
-Hmph. Says Taylor. After that no one says anything for a few minutes. Stephanie leaves and drags Eric with her. Ridge and Taylor start to get their things together and leave.
-How did you know? Asks Brooke, after she and Sally are alone.
-I will never tell you, says Sally. She leaves.

Episode 9
A couple of days after Rick's birthday party, Taylor is sitting at home in the kitchen. She's making a list of important groceries and starts to dream, think about the past few days. She hasn't said a word to Ridge after they got back from the party and argued for a few hours. Taylor sighs. Deep in her thoughts she watches out of the window but all she can see is Brooke's face. Brooke is always causing trouble to her family, she thinks. Ridge thinks everything that happened at Brooke's was nothing, that nothing happened. But Ridge doesn't understand. It's obvious Brooke was trying to get Ridge. Taylor sighs again. She goes looking for Ridge. It's time to stop arguing. Despite Brooke, Christmas is coming soon and Taylor wants to be with Ridge still in the Christmas time, she doesn't want to go to a divorce hearing on the holidays, she doesn't want the fight to continue since it might spoil the Christmas for the kids.
-Ridge! Shouts Taylor.
-What? says Ridge and smiles. -Look, I hope we didn't have to continue this fight any more. I'm sorry even though I didn't do anything.
-I didn't either, and I'm not sorry.
-Whatever, says Ridge. -Are we fine now?
-Yes, says Taylor and hugs Ridge. They kiss.

Stephanie is at her home with Eric. Eric has been staying at her place after they found her and brought back to the city.
-Eric, says Stephanie, something persuading in her voice.
-What is it, Stephanie, asks Eric, he is preoccupied, reading the newspaper.
-Would you like to spend Christmas here with me? Or we could organise a big party.
- I think I would like to stay at home and sleep. The last thing I want to do is to see my children. I don't have much money to buy presents for them.
-They don't care about that, they'll understand. All they want is for you to be there, they want to have you around during Christmas time...
-You really think so?
-Yes... or no, if you mean Brooke's kids. If they are like their mother, they only care about presents.
-Oh, come on, Stephanie, for goodness' sake, she's not like that! She's not greedy, all she wants is love.
-Yeah, I know that, but I believe very deeply that she is  a bad person and even if I know something bad about her isn't true, I'm ready believe it is and I will use it against her, despite what she has done and what she hasn't, not caring about the truth.
-Wow, says Eric. -You're bad...!
-I am, smiles Stephanie. -Anyway, what about Christmas?
-Whatever, says Eric. -I guess I don't have anything better to do. Oh, but only if you invite Brooke and her children too to your party.
-Our party.
-Yes, our, therefore my children and their mother has to be invited.
-Maybe I'm not going to have a party, says Stephanie.

Taylor is at the store. She walks around pushing the carriage before her and picking up food, she buys all the usual stuff. Thomas is walking after her and little Brooke is sitting in the carriage.
-Mummy, look, here's a fine toy truck, says Thomas. -I want one for Christmas!
-Well honey, we'll see if Santa will bring you one.
-I've got to write him a letter tonight! shouts Thomas enthusiastically.
-Yes, darling, Daddy can help you with it when we get home.
-Are you and Daddy speaking to each other again? asks Thomas.
-What? Of course, we've always spoken to each other, Taylor tries.
-No, I noticed you didn't lately. Why, Mum?
-It's between us, the adults, says Taylor. But it's okay now, we are speaking to each other. You weren't supposed to know about our little fight.
-Boo, says little Bridget.
-Yes, honey, look, here's your toy, look at it while Mum tries to find some baking ingredients.
-Are we going to bake christmas cookies? asks Thomas. -Neat!
-Yes, honey, I think we will.
-Cool!

Brooke is making a phone call. She hears the phone ringing at least four times at the another end of the line until it's picked up by Stephanie.
-Hello?
-Hi, Stephanie. It's me, Brooke. Is Eric there?
-What are you doing, calling my house, you little...
-Will you put Eric on?
-No way, until I've finished telling you how bad you are, Stephanie barks. You're a....
Brooke puts the phone receiver on the table and goes to clean the kitchen. After a couple of minutes she comes back, lifts the receiver and hears Stephanie saying
-... and so on! Don't you have anything to say to your defence? she asks then.
-Would you please give it to Eric now? says Brooke, calmly.
Brooke hears some noises and then Eric's voice.
-Hello?
-Hi, Eric, it's Brooke. -Look, I was just wondering... it's already December 6th and Christmas is getting closer. I was just thinking that maybe you could spend Christmas with me and the kids?
-Oh, I'm afraid I just promised Stephanie to spend the Christmas with her.
-Uh oh. That's bad. She just spent two minutes calling me names. Have a funny Christmas with her, says Brooke and hangs up.

Taylor and the kids are back home. Ridge has already come home from work. He's sitting on the sofa and watching the Cartoon Channel. Thomas goes straight to his little room and comes back with a piece of paper and a crayon.
-Daddy, daddy, will you help me to write a letter to Santa?
-Shh, Daddy's watching cartoons, Ridge says.
-Boohooo, cries Thomas. Ridge stares at the tv screen. Thomas keeps crying.
-Ridge, says Taylor.
-Okay, son, what do you want to write to him? Ridge takes the paper and the crayon from Thomas, sits him down on his knee. Thomas stops crying.
-Put there dear Santa... then that I have been a good kid this year, says Thomas.
-Really? asks Ridge.
-Yes, I have been nice, haven't I daddy? No, I haven't, he continues then and his little face turn worried. -I've pulled little Brooke's hair quite a few times and I didn't eat all my cereals yesterday, says Thomas. He starts to cry again. -Do you think Santa will bring me any presents now?
-Shh, don't cry, please. I'm sure he'll bring you something, if you just say you are sorry for all the times you have been naughty. It's not that bad, and I haven't seen any gnomes around watching over you so maybe Santa doesn't know, if we won't tell him.
-NO! says Thomas. -That is a lie, we must not lie, Mummy has taught me so.
-Okay, but what do you want to tell Santa?
-Put there I have tried to be nice but I am sorry for bad things and will you bring me a Furby for Christmas? Also I want to have a Tarzan doll and a candy bar. And a new toy truck. And put there that I hope Santa could bring a doll to little sister.
-That's very nice, darling, says Taylor, who is looking at her two men on the sofa. She smiles.
-Do you want to put your name here? asks Ridge, handing the letter to Santa to his son.
-What is my name?
-Thomas is your name, silly. My name is Ridge and mummy is Taylor and your sister is Brooke.
-The auntie you like is also Brooke.
-Yes, she is, says Ridge. Taylor glances at Thomas and Ridge angrily. Suddenly Ridge turns to Taylor.
-What? WHAT?? Should I have denied it? Said there is no one called Brooke except Thomas's sister?
-Ridge! exclaims Taylor. Thomas takes the crayon on his hand and writes his name in big, wavering letters.

Episode 10
Taylor and her children are in the kitchen. They are baking Christmas cookies. Little Brooke eats dough. Thomas rolls dough and cuts little pieces from it, eats some, puts some on the cookie sheet. He laughs. Mummy Taylor cooks something in the kettle, it steams, a lovely smell comes from the kettle.
-I'm dreaming of a white Christmas, just like the ones I used to know.... Taylor sings Christmas carols. They are all having a lovely time.
-What are you cooking Mummy?
-I'm cooking some candy.
-Can I taste? Can I taste? Let me, let me! Thomas runs to Mum.
-No, honey, it's not ready yet. You'll get some when it's ready. And it's not even Christmas yet. When it's Christmas, you can eat so much you don't ever want anything again! explains Mummy Taylor. Thomas reaches his little hands out towards the kettle.
-No, honey, don't touch, it's too hot....  orders Taylor, but it's too late.
-Boohoo! Wwhyy-yyh..... boo.... Thomas cries.  Taylor takes him on her arms and takes him to the water tap, lets cold water run on his son's little fingers, Shh, honey, it will be okay, it won't hurt for long.

Meanwhile at Brooke's place. Brooke is in the kitchen, considering of making some Christmas cookies herself.
-Gee, I can't find the recipe anywhere. Where on earth could it be? I thought I put the Christmas Kitchen-magazine with the recipe here.
Bridget comes to the kitchen.
-What are you looking for, Mum?
-The Christmas cookie recipe. I thought I put it here. Have you seen that magazine?
-It's in my room. I cut some nice pictures from it. It had a lovely gnome on one page, explains Bridget happily.
-Oh no, says Brooke. She leaves the kitchen, goes to the sofa, lifts the phone receiver.
Phone rings at Taylor's. She goes to get it holding Thomas on her lap and her other hand messed up with dough.
-Hallo?
-Hi, Taylor. It's Brooke here.
-Brooke? Why are you calling me? Do you expect Ridge to come to spend Christmas with you?
-No, definitely not. Look, I was wondering if you had the Christmas Kitchen-magazine with that good cookie recipe?
-Yes, I have it. Why?
-I've lost mine. Could you give me the recipe?
-You've lost it! Hehehe. You always lose everything.
-Taylor, please. It's Christmas.
-I'm sorry. I really am. Just saw a gnome peeking through the window. Hold on, I'll go get the recipe. ---
-Okay, here goes. Listen.----
-Thanks, Taylor. Merry Christmas. Brooke hangs up. Taylor goes back to the kitchen.
-What is this smell? It smells like burning... oh no! The candy! Taylor runs.

Episode 11
It's Christmas Eve. Brooke is at home with her children. They are sitting in their living room, which is beautifully decorated with all kinds of Christmas things. They have a Christmas tree in one corner of the room.-Mum, when is Santa Claus soming? Where is he? asks Bridget.
-I think he is right now leaving the North Pole with his reindeers. I bet he has Rudolph and his sleigh all packed up ready to go.
-I hope Santa knows that I have been trying to be a good kid this year.
-Sure, honey.
Rick looks at Mum and smiles. He knows Santa doesn't really exist.
-Oh! I think I hear sleigh bells!!! screams Bridget and runs to the window.
-I think it's time to go to sleep now, honey. Santa can't come until you are asleep. Let's go and set up your stocking above the fireplace.
-And we must leave cookies and milk for Santa!
-Yes, honey, we will.
-I'm going to sleep. Budge, come with me, will you? Rick asks, reaching his hand out towards Bridget.
-I wanna hear sleigh bells!
-Honey, the quicker you go to sleep, the sooner morning will come and you will see what has Santa brought you this year.
-Yeah, says Bridget resignedly.

After children have gone to sleep, Brooke stays in the living room, putting presents from Eric and herself to the stockings. She hums Christmas carols. She looks out of the window and sees there is a little snow in the air. She goes to sleep happy. At the time of midnight, something strange happens. A dark shadow climbs in the living room from the fireplace. It's an old woman who has blonde hair. She puts something to one of the stockings. The she notices the cookies on the table, eats one, and after a minute she's gone again.

It's Christmas Day. Taylor and Ridge and Thomas and little Brooke are all in the living room.
-Oh! shouts Taylor to the kids. -Look, children, I think Santa has been here last night! Wow, Brooke, look what's in this nice little packet. Little Brooke crawls to her and takes the packet, shakes it, tears it open. Thomas is enthusiastically opening presents.
-Mum! I got a toy truck! I knew Santa would bring me one! You just said we'd see if he did!
-Yes, darling, says Taylor, then to Bridget, oh, sweetie, did Santa bring you a real baby doll? How swwweeeettt! says Taylor, sugar in her voice. Ridge sits on the sofa and watches Taylor and the kids, shouting oh and such once in a while. Then he takes the remote control in his hand and turns the tv on.
-Riiidge, says Taylor.
-Merry Christmas my lovely wife, Ridge says then. -Haven't you opened your presents yet?
-I will, says Taylor, going over to her stocking. -I didn't expect to get anything, she says.
-But Mum, you have been nice, says Thomas.
-Yes, she sure has, except for the little incident in the beginning of December... says Ridge.
-Ridge.... says Taylor. She opens her presents.
-Oh, cool, says Taylor lamely. -A new food processor.

It's Christmas Day at Brooke's. The kids come running downstairs and look into their stockings.
-Wow! Oh! They keep shouting as they open their presents. Brooke goes to her stocking and notices there is something else in there besides the little perfume bottle she bought for herself.
-Wow, this is strange, says Brooke.
-Great, Mum, Santa brought something to you too! shouts Bridget.
-Hm, says Brooke as she opens the presents. She stares at it. -A hammer? asks Brooke, very puzzled.

Stephanie and Eric are sitting at Stephanie living room. Stephanie gives Eric a little present, and Eric gives something to Stephanie. They eat Christmas dinner in silence, exchanging a couple of words once in a while.
-Too bad you couldn't let me organise a Christmas party. It's so boring here, just the two of us, says Stephanie.
-I didn't tell you not to organise a Christmas party, says Eric.
-Yes, but you said I can't have one without Brooke, says Stephanie.
-Hmph, says Eric.

Taylor, Ridge and the kids sit around the table in the kitchen. They are eating turkey and gravy and potatoes and all kind of delicious Christmas food.
-Yum, says Ridge as he shovels food to his mouth. Taylor looks indignantly at him.
-Merry Christmas, says Thomas.

The story most likely not be continued anymore as I haven't written a new episode in more than two years. But if you would like to add an episode, you're welcome to write one and I'll be more than happy to include it in the story here!
Also, please tell me what do you think about the story.
