To get the image below shown on your desktop (the instructions have been tested to work with Windows '95 and Netscape 4.7 & IE 4.0):
Right-click on the image with your mouse. Then choose "Set as Wallpaper" (or similar text in your browser's language) from the menu that jumps up. This will work in Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers, I'm not positive about other browsers. That should do it.

You can also right-click on the image and save it, then go to Settings > Control Panel > Screen > and set it as a wallpaper there.
This image is designed to fit a screen setting 800x600 pixels. I think it will look fine with a larger setting too, there'll just be some empty space around the image.
