What's Session Stream?
This is Session Stream:
It's a music game that simulates playing the guitar and drums, similar to Konami's Guitar Freaks and DrumMania. Konami's music games are apparently so popular that people make games that are similar to them. And this is one of them.
The objective of this game is to play well by hitting or strumming the notes at the right time. This game requires coordination, reflexes, and a sense of rhythm as well. Unless you're not into music, this is a very fun and enjoyable game.
Also, you can make your own songs. Add your favorite song into the game (or make up your own original song), put in drum and guitar notes, and play to your heart's content. Sure, it's just pretend drumming and guitaring, but it's still fun :)
For controls, you can use the keyboard to play this game. However, a keyboard doesn't exactly replicate the feel of a real guitar or set of drums. Fortunately, you can use the guitar and drum controllers from the console versions of GF and DM. Don't ask me how to plug those into your computer though, because I don't have such controllers ^^;

Disclaimer
Sure, it's nice that you can play songs (GF/DM or otherwise, Bemani or otherwise) with this game for free. However, a sense of responsibility is required. Don't just leech off songs without a care in the world. If you can, support their original creators by purchasing their games/soundtracks/whatever. Because if it wasn't for them, Session Stream and all the other guitar/drum sims wouldn't have been conceived in the first place. Plus, the original creators will be able to make even more songs for people to leech off :p
Anyways, I respectfully ask that you support the original creators whenever you can. Thank you.

Sana's site. It's got GF and DM songs that you won't find in the regular games, like long versions of some songs.
