Lou has been a Monarchs fan since 1991. She was a teetotal 13-year-old back then. My how the times have changed!
These days she doesn't support anyone in particular, (I'm a Monarchs fan, end of! - L.) but leans toward Rhein, Barcelona and Amsterdam, It really depends on her mood. In the "other" NFL, she supports Baltimore.
Lou will also answer to the names Louise, Loulabelle, Hey You, Oi Mush... You get the idea. She has a (not so) secret fantasy of being a cheerleader and shakes her pom-poms at any opportunity! |

Ian went to his first Monarchs in 1997, and Lou never lets him forget he was a late starter!
These days he is a Barcelona boy...although this probably has as much to do with the sun, sea, sand and sangria as with the team!
A fan of the "other" NFL since the 1980s (who wasn't?), he supports Miami and San Francisco, but refuses to commit to one or the other.
He drinks lots and quickly (see photo), so don't attempt to match him drink-for-drink! |

We cheer, we drink beer, or any alcohol going, and we shake pom-poms (if Ian tries to tell you he's a MAN and doesn't do that kind of thing, don't believe him), so it was an obvious name choice. |
