Ben Barton resides in Folkestone, England and has now been
making a career from his poetry for five years. This ´career´

and active workshops at dozens of venues nationwide.
Ben has had hundreds of poems published internationally
in a variety of books and magazines. Such publications include
Isibongo, The Curates Egg, Poetry Church, Acorn, New Horizon,
Time Haiku, Linkway, Poets Haven, Sci-Fright, Taoism and Poetry,

Ben has now been awarded the Kent Faber & Faber (UK) Poetry prize for
National Poetry Day two years consecutively. In 1998 he was a winner in the

He is currently working on new material alongside his studies, to be released
