Important UK Pony Club Membership information.


 

 

 

 

The following are extracts from the Pony Club Yearbook

  • Members can only belong to one branch of the Pony Club.

  • Annual Subscription falls due on 1st November and must be paid before 1st January or membership may be terminated.

  • Please note that insurance cover will terminate on 31st January if subscription is not paid.

  • If members show insufficient interest in their branch and do not support Branch activities they may be asked to resign.

  • District Commissioners must refer every request for a transfer to their relevant Area Representatives.

  • In all competition events organised by a Branch open to Club Members, the name of the competitors Branch must appear on the entry form and their District Commissioner or Branch Secretary must countersign the entry form.

Riding Hats.

Only those hats marked as follows are allowed:

PAS 015 (with BSI Kitemark or SEI).

EN1348 (with BSI Kitemark or SEI).

ASTM F1163 (with SEI).

Eligibility.

Members must have attended a minimum of three working rallies excluding Team Practices or coaching since the previous 1st July, to be eligible to represent their Branch. Camp counts as one working Rally.

Ponies.

It is unacceptable to ride a very young or very old pony at Pony Club.
