"TITANIC"   The Musical 

At The Key Theatre 22nd April  to 2nd May 2009

"Titanic opened on Broadway on March 29th 1997,and clocked up a total of 804 performances. The show was also the winner of five Tony awards in 1997,including best musical,best score and best orchestration."

The show is based on the true story of the ships maiden voyage from its departure in Southampton to its sinking in the Atlantic by an iceburg.The show touches on issues such as class,immigration and the vulnerability of mankind in the face of disaster.It examines the causes,conditions and characters involved,and tells the story of the passengers and crew members who actually existed and were aboard the Titanic back in 1912.For those of you who would still like to find out more about this musical,please see the plot synopsis,the character,and song information which follows.
