He was our friend and we wanted to share our memories of him.

Bramble is the horse featured in our logo and on a number of the Tack Room images.

We both loved him very much and still miss him terribly.

He was a gentle horse who would always try to please us.

Two days before his death, we did our first fitting of the horse gas mask. Although he had never had anything on his face like that before he trusted us and was very well behaved.

He only ever made one 'Living History' appearance  for an English Civil War historical re-enactment group. As ever his behaviour was excellent .

We would also like to thank the people from around the world who emailed us expressing their sorrow at our sad loss. Your messages were very much appreciated.
