Our Beautiful Surroundings

The Estover and District Allotment and Garden Association  is based at Blunts Lane
Allotments. Blunts Lane itself is situated between the districts of Derriford and
Eggbuckland and is the western boundary for Estover.

At the south end of Blunts Lane is Forder Valley Road which was once the main A38 and to the north is Miller Way whiich connects Leigham with Derriford.

Blunts Lane itself is about a mile in length and is wooden and hedged along most of its length.  A delight in to walk all year round but especially in spring when the hedges are covered in flowering Lesser Celandines, Ramsoms and Cuckoo Pints amongst a
backdrop of ivy and newly emerging ferns.

And Blunts Lane

Unfortunately Blunts Lane has major problems with fly-tipping because of its inner city location and rubbish can be found dumped on a weekly if not daily basis, which is such a shame for such a beautiful stretch of road.
