Safety
Please Remember before you fly your model aircraft - YOU are responsible for its' safety.

The club has an appointed Safety Officer who keeps an eye on activities going on at the flying field, and is able to provide advice. However general safety at the flying field is every members responsibility, as the Safety Officer cannot be everywhere at once

It is an offence to permit an aircraft to endanger any person or property.

The larger the aircraft the greater the responsibility. Any aircraft over 7 kilograms requires failsafe to be fitted and permission to fly from you local air traffic control unit.

Any aircraft weighing 20kg or higher is subject to special inspection and approval from the Civil Aviation Authority
