• How to use Direct-mail Mode ?
  
  
• To use To send emails in Direct-mail mode, you may manage the settings as follows:
  
  
  • Use default DNS server. You need to do nothing. CRM Group Mail will pick up your local DNS server by itself.
    
    
  • Specify a DNS server. In case you want to change to a faster DNS server or CRM Group Mail fails to pick up local DNS server, you may specify a new DNS server.
  
  
  
• How to determine DNS server address?
  
  
• Local DNS server. Generally, CRM Group Mail can sniff local DNS server automatically. In case it fails, you can specify the DNS server manually.
  
  
  a) for Windows 95/98/ME users. Click Start->Run. Input 'WinIpcfg', and press Enter key. You can see the present TCP/IP info from where you can find DNS server address.It shall be a valid IP address like '123.12.11.111'.
  
  b) for Windows 2000/XP users. Click Start->Run. Input 'CMD' and press Enter key.Now you come into DOS mode. Input 'ipconfig' and press Enter key. You can see the present TCP/IP info from where you can find DNS server address. It shall be a valid IP address like '123.12.11.111'.
  
  
  
• How to use SMTP send mode?
  
  
• If you like to select one smtp server to send your emails, you shall Input the SMTP host and its port number. And Most SMTPs now do not support anonymous login. It is recommended that you use a legal email account of the SMTP you employ.

  You can compose personalized emails with CRM Group Mail easily. Personalized information can be added to From, Subject and Mail Body. The Customize Wizard can help you to do so.

  3. Click on 'insert' to add personalized information;

• Can I save my settings and run the sending project next time?
  
  
• Yes. After you have finished designing your project, you can click the button [Save as...] to save your setting. Next time, you can click the button [Import Project] to load your project.

• Yes. You can write what ever email address as the mail sender in Direct-mail mode. The only condition for the mail sender is that it shall be grammatically correct. e.g. abc@abc.com.
• BUT, don't abuse it for spam!

• For the trial version, you just can send 30 emails in every round.
