Notes for FRANCES TOMKINS:
On the 1851 census it records William Davis with Wife 'Maria' at 8 Princes court. I believe this to be incorrect and this in fact was Frances Tomkins. I have come to this conclusion by the following. On death certificate (died 25 March 1851) of Francis Tomkins, Frances' father, the informant was Frances Davis of 8 Princes Court.
