Each
competition during the season will have a set subject in either print or slide.
The set subject is listed in bold in the programme. In addition there will be
two open sections as indicated.
Prints
are to be preferably mounted, with a recommended maximum mount size of 24” x
20”. (Please note that this size is in excess of the N&EMPF and PAGB
rules)
Members
may submit up to two entries IN EACH CATEGORY.
All
entries, prints and slides, must be clearly labelled with: -
1.
Author’s Name
2.
Title
3.
Section
4.
Slides to be correctly spotted
5.
Where appropriate, top of print
Entries
for competitions must be handed to the Competition Secretary, Sheila Curzon, no
later than 19.25 on the competition evening. It would be preferable if they were
handed in earlier, in order to allow the listings to be prepared
.
Following the resolutions at the AGM the judge will be asked to give his / her comment on all of the entries submitted and then in each section award a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD and as many HIGHLY COMMENDED as he or she considers.
