You should read both this and second bit lower on the page before viewing the conversations.
The conversations are taken from the file DeusExConText.u .u files are apparently hellish to unpack. I don’t know about this, what I do know is that there is no .con extractor. The conversation files come in .con files which can be viewed via the Deus Ex text editor.
Like I said, you can’t get the .con files out because of a lack of an extractor. Thus to get these I had to convert the file to text. That left me with thousands of pages, mostly gibberish. Most of the pages were only a line or two, but it was hellish to read (note the second time something was hellish) so I started to fix that. And I have finished.
Next problem was the order there was a complete lack of coherent order, and to make matters worse some things were juxtaposed (to put side by side, especially for comparison or contrast; in this case emphasis on contrast meaning "put somewhere where it doesn’t belong contrasting with it’s surroundings") and worse still unlabeled. This means that there may be bits where I don’t know where they belong.
As a side note it would be best for you to get used to long parenthesis, an easy way to do it if you have trouble is to skip what is in the parenthesis and then come back to it at the end of the sentence. Further I promise to define any strange words or uses of words (like I just did) whenever I think of it.
So back to the conversation bit, if you find something that is out of place, or something I said wasn’t in the game but it was, or any other error like that please be so kind as to tell me. I will have a section for unknown bits, but at the moment I don’t have all of what I do know sorted out. If you think something is missing feel free to email me, but it could be I already know. On the other hand is something is missing in the middle of a conversation you should definitely tell me.
Also if you use this please give lots of credit to me for getting all of the text out, seeing as how it was hellish many times over
