| Some details about Beavers: Helen & Suzanne - warranted leaders Jane - helper. Also some parents have offered their help, although we always need more help!! Due to such a large waiting list they are hoping to increase their numbers from 16 to 20 after Xmas when we are in our own building, (check our building page) Plans are afoot for the Ventures to organise a Beaver family camp for next year - more news to follow later. |
| This year Beavers have had a swimming party, gone bowling, had a chip supper, visited the adventure playground on the Chase. They finished off with a family BBQ at Beaudesert which was well attended and enjoyed by all. Many thanks to all leaders, helpers and parents for their invaluable assistance. |
| The Beavers went camping last
year for first time at a Family camp, with the Scout Section. It was held at Beaudesert
Scout Camp. Everyone had a great time, despite the flash flood running through the
campsite. This water ran straight through Wendy's tent, couldn't have happened to a nicer
person, sorry Wendy. The Dad's where shattered when they got home but all asked, "when is the next one"? More pictures in our gallery page. |
